i'm really happy with the expertise and professionalism from a step above carpet cleaning. marvin cleaned my big house and took care of two wool area rugs—everything turned out looking great! he showed up on time, worked fast, and was super friendly. i also thought the price was very fair. after the cleaning, i noticed my older wool rugs had some lines in the pattern once they dried. i called marvin to see if anything could be done, and he gladly came back just a couple days later. he used a special carpet rake to fix the rugs and now they look amazing! he didn’t charge me anything extra. best carpet cleaning service i’ve ever had!

wow, i can’t say enough good things about a step above carpet cleaning. marvin came out to clean my rental property’s carpets in sacramento, and he really saved the day. the place was in rough shape with a lot of stains and old pet urine, and i needed a fast, thorough clean before my new tenant moved in. marvin worked me into his busy schedule and got everything done quickly and for a fair price. he was super polite, showed up right on time, and brought some serious equipment to get the job done. he cleaned six rooms, the hallway, two sets of stairs, and the whole basement. the carpets looked almost brand new when he finished. i was very impressed by the quality of work and attention to detail. i’ll definitely be calling again for all my carpet cleaning needs. highly recommend for anyone in sacramento looking to get their carpets spotless.

I had my sofa, area rug, and both bedroom carpets cleaned today in Sacramento. The sofa and rug have been cleaned by Jared before, and as always, the service was fantastic. This time, we also included the bedroom carpets because our sweet dog has had a few accidents, and it had been a while since the last deep clean. After Jared finished, I could immediately tell the carpets looked fresh and almost new, even before they dried. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services—definitely a 10 out of 10!
