He was extremely thorough and professional, using powerful carpet cleaning equipment that worked much better than what I’ve seen from other companies. I get my carpets cleaned regularly, but this is the first time all the stubborn stains actually came out, and now everything looks fresh and new. Tucker was friendly and really made sure I was satisfied with the results. What impressed me the most was how punctual he was—he arrived exactly when he said he would, not in a vague window of hours like most places do. I was on a tight schedule before moving in, and Tucker made sure to fit my carpet cleaning appointment in that same week. He also recommended another reliable company who came out to stretch my carpet and smooth out the wrinkles before the cleaning. Just like Tucker mentioned might happen, a few spots showed up again after the carpet dried, but he came back and took care of those areas for free. On his return visit, I also had them clean my couch, a chair, and the tile floors. Tucker and Caden did an outstanding job—everything looked so clean and fresh, and they were both super friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
