Mike is prompt, professional, and explains things well. Several years ago, we used another company twice who kept just putting more Freon in our unit without addressing a leak we didn’t know we had. The first time he came out, he found the leak, repaired it, and we haven’t had to add Freon in 2 yrs now. On his recent check up, he even went the extra mile to check a my attic fan at no extra cost.

I was referred by my friend and was extremely pleased. Mike was prompt, professional and thoroughly explained things to me regards to my air condition. I won’t go with any other company - I’m staying with Aerotech. Great service, etc.

Triple digits and my AC went out! I called on a Saturday night expecting to leave a message but spoke with Mike who came on Sunday morning and did a great job repairing my unit, explained the problem, was friendly and professional! I highly recommend him and Ameritech. Reasonable and reliable!

My kids and I have been freezing in our home ever since fall started, warm blankets have been our best friends. I've just been so hesitant about calling a heating and air company because I'm a young woman and I was afraid I would get taken advantage of. It's happened too many times... I called a few companies in the area, Aerotech was able to come by next day and inspect the problem, I thought that was nice, they then told me that they would check it out free of charge. WONDERFUL!
Yesterday, a nice guy by the name of Mike Smith, gave me a courtesy call to inform me that he was on his way to my home. He arrived, thoroughly checked the furnace, and within 5 to 8 minutes, my heat was working. My kids came home from school to a warm house. I can't thank you all enough at Aerotech Heating. You guys are amazing. I now know who to call next time I have a problem with my heating and air, I won't be so hesitant to call next time. Happy Holidays

Mike was fantastic he answered our call even though it was a Sunday and was at our house within 1 hour of our call during a 100 + heat wave and had our unit repaired within 20 minutes. He has been our HVAC guy since 2002 and has always given immediate and outstanding service.

We talked with 5 HVAC companies. Our system is 8 years old and has a life expectancy of 20 years. Every major company that came out wanted to sell us a new system or at least wanted to replace the AC system. Our first quote $28,000. The lowest price to fix it was $3800 with no guarantee the other coil wouldn’t need to be replaced. Here’s the catch. There is only one coil. Our AC is working amazingly for about 1/3 of the fix it cost. Our system wasn’t broken it was clogged and dirty because it wasn’t installed correctly.
We highly recommend Mike. If he says it needs to be replaced you can be sure he’s telling the truth. We have already referred 3 people we are that confident in his professionalism and ability. Thanks Mike!

Mike and his staff are so good, they are like superheroes, moving at the speed of the Flash, with the x-ray vision of Superman to find the problem, and the Hulk's strength and determination to fix the problem. I cannot say enough good things in this review. I am a huge, huge fan and believer. Once you have had an Aerotech experience, all other service people and contractors will seem lacking. I wish I could clone Aerotech for all of my repair needs, plumbing, electrical, car, construction, but I will use them for my HVAC needs knowing I've got the absolute best.
