Mike from Aerotech was timely in his response. He was thorough, attentive and a complete professional. Within an hour of his arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. I would encourage others to utilize this company.

Mike, did an amazing job. He showed up on time and was very thorough. I’m glad to say I’ve found my new heating and air guy.

It was a Holiday Memorial weekend and my air conditioning system for my yogurt shop when down. I call Aerotech Air and Cooling and Mike the owner answered and within a couple of hours Mike was at my shop with a super long ladder to get on the roof. He had my air conditioner working within an hour. This is definitely my go to company going forward.

Mike Smith from Aerotech Heating and Cooling came out ON THE 4TH OF JULY for an emergency because my 89 year old Mom is bedridden and it was hot!

He mounted the A/C capacitor that Bell Brothers replaced yesterday (Wednesday 7/3) and who were or not coming back until Friday 7/5 to bring a new fan condenser and motor they said we needed because the fan didn’t work.

Mike said they only needed to reset a switch that cut off when the pressure had run high, that the fan worked just fine.

We were low on refrigerant and he topped it off.

Aerotech and Mike are now our go to for HVAC!

Aerotech Heating & Cooling has saved the day for my family twice in the past few years and I wouldn't go with any other company as a result. For starters, I have a GE heating & air system from 1975 so many or most heating & air companies would try to convince me to replace the entire unit during a service call. Not Aerotech. Mike (owner & technician) was honest on both service calls and recommended replacing the parts that needed replacing. The first call (around three years ago), it was the fan inside of the unit, which wasn't an expensive fix. During the recent, it was the capacitor, which was only a small fee to replace.

I should mention, Mike also conducted a visual inspection of my unit and showed me a few areas of concern, but again, did not even for a second attempt to convince me to replace my unit. To me, this is honesty and integrity in a nutshell. When the time comes (and I hope that it's not too soon) to replace my entire heating & air system I have zero doubt about the fact that Aerotech will be receiving the business. I know that I can trust Mike to do the job right and at a very fair price.

Do yourself a favor and stop looking around. Aerotech heating & cooling is the best value!

We have used Aerotech Heating & Cooling for over 25 plus years now. One of the things that keep us coming back to this company, Mike, the owner, has always conducted himself in a professional, courteous, kind and honest manner. His staff is awesome too! Mike, over the years, has been patient with us. He never rushed us into buying a new heating and air system. However, he had discussed the possibility of our system going out on us in the near future and that we should prepare for replacing it. So when our air conditioning system went out on us in April, it was 38 plus years old. We knew that it was time to replace it. Mike came out immediately, as he has always done in the past. He assured us that we would love our new energy efficient system. He is absolutely right! We couldn’t be happier with our new system! He and his team did a great job from start to finish! During the permit inspection, the inspector commented to my husband that the work was done properly and professionally. Thank you, Mike and staff!!

Our AC went out during a 100+ multi-day 4th of July week heat wave. I called two companies that I’ve actually used before: Aerotech and the one that installed my unit a decade ago. Aerotech was able to get out the same day; the other company couldn’t come for 2 days. I went with Aerotech and Mike arrived in the first hour of the 3 hour window he’d given us—which was great! Within 5 minutes, we had a diagnosis and a reasonable cost estimate. All fixed within 15 minutes!

This is our third go with Aerotech. They previously helped us out with what turned out to be small AC issues at an elderly family member’s home twice and did not even charge. We actually tried to pay for his time and he declined. Very happy with the service every time and recommend!

Aerotech is the best! Mike came out for a service call on our 25 year old unit. He explained all of our options and did not try to push or upsell anything. We opted to have a new HVAC system installed including new ductwork and couldn't be happier. Mike, Stefon and the crew were very professional, polite, and punctual. As the weather started to heat up, our 20 year old air conditioner wasn't putting out cool air anymore. A friend from church recommended Mike Smith (Aerotech) so my wife sent him a text late Friday night. He called back and said he'd come out at 0730 Saturday morning and take a look.

Mike pulled up to our house at 0728 Saturday morning, got his gear and went to work checking our HVAC system. My wife and I were a bit terrified at what might be coming. Mike finished his evaluation, sat down with me and gave me a straight forward and comprehensive explanation of what our options were going forward. He also gave me a breakdown what a replacement system would entail and how much the bottom line would be. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost of the system was quoted. He actually said to take some time, think things over and let him know. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision one way or the other. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to have the older system replaced rather than fixed. I called him back that day and he scheduled our repair for Thursday at 0730.

Mike and his crew showed up at 0730 Thursday morning, worked all day - I honestly don't know if they took any breaks. They removed the old systems and installed the new furnace and the air conditioner by about 1500 hours. They cleaned up the area (better than they found it) and Mike came in, went over the install and the operation of the new thermostat. Then what to expect with the upcoming inspections.

Mike and his team were professional and did a great job. I'd give them a higher rating if I could.

We will only be using Aerotech for any HVAC related issues we have in the future.

Mike and his son were great. They got the crane lined up for my install and arrived early for the install. Install went great and was done swapping out my unit by noontime. Needless to say we have nice brisk cold ac on some record heat temp days coming up and the system pushes air harder than ever.

I’m very happy with the system Mike installed. He recommended a 96% heating system and 16 SEER A/C system. I couldn’t be happier. The system is quite, and my heating and cooling bills from PG&E and SMUD. Have dropped about 25%. He did the install in one day! No mess, no fuss. Perfect. I highly recommend him.

The HVAC needed a blower and module in January 2024 and Mike finished installing Mike would not provide a receipt. In July 2025 the same blower unit and module went out again $1500. The replacement unit he said he bought was over $1300 from his supplier but would not tell me the supplier or provide a receipt.
