I called American Energy for a second opinion on my A/C unit, and I’m so glad I did. Garrett came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. I told him that our A/C would shut off just three seconds after turning it on. After a thorough inspection, he determined that the compressor was overcharged with refrigerant. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully fix the issue by removing the excess refrigerant. He also explained everything clearly to me. I was worried I’d need to replace the entire system, but thanks to Garrett, it’s working perfectly again. Big thanks to Garrett and American Energy!

Garrett and Matthew were very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions (and I had a lot of questions). Kano and Gary installed the new equipment and were very professional and courteous (and great with my dogs, bonus). Would recommend them.
