Utilizing referral from a friend, they showed up in 24 hrs in early June and got our AC unit up and running at a reasonable cost. Nice, friendly service. Would give 6 stars if allowed.

Devin serviced my 51 year old GE air conditioner, replacing the R22 refrigerant with 407C. It's now cooling just like new. Of course it's old and inefficient but I seldom use it; I grew up here, the heat doesn't bother me.

It is so nice to have work done professionally and efficiently without someone bugging you to buy new equipment. All the big HVAC companies don't want to provide quality service, they just want you to buy new equipment (and you know who you are: Garick, Bell Bros., Bonney,...).

I definitely would recommend Authority for all your HVAC servicing needs.

Came early and just happened to have the part needed to fix the heating part of my system. There early, fixed in less than an hour and on his way. Couldn't ask for more!

Had my system replaced 7/1/2024. From my first contact, to the end of the job, these guys were fantastic. I'm not big on reviewing, but the service was too good I had to share. Dave gave me an outline of products and an outline of the financing options available if needed. Devin came out for my estimate and gave me different system options we could go with depending what was looking for. He was very respectful and made sure all my questions were answered. Once I selected my system (I went with the quieter, energy efficient system) they popped me on the schedule when it worked for me and was sent a very detailed breakdown of both install costs and payment options available. On install day, Devin showed up again to make sure we were all set to go and 2 of the installers, Blake and Costa, started prepping to remove my old system. Blake and Costa put in some serious work on the 100+ degree day. They were very respectful of my things in the yard and house as they removed and replaced my entire system. Costa crawled under in the crawl space and noticed I had pretty massive rips in some of the ducting. He patched it up and tested it out for leaks and it's working like a champ. Devin came back out once everything was up and running to test the ducts and made sure the cool air was flowing good in all rooms of the house. After everything was said and done, I had the pleasure of talking with Victoria at the office. I had a couple questions about the financing and she had all the answers. Overall, best experience I've ever had with any contractor and will 100% recommend to anyone looking for any air conditioning or heating needs! Thank you Authority!!

Our AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and Authority Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company able to come out the next morning, sparing us from a sweltering weekend. They were friendly, professional and helpful. They replaced the capacitor and charged $249.00.

I have been "working " with this family owned business for about 4yrs and I can't imagine ever calling anyone else when there's a problem with heating or air issues. They have helped me with major issues, like replacing my a/c unit, to actually only cleaning a small sensor on the heating unit. Always helpful, accomodating and professional. Also, best pricing in town.

I had a wonderful experience with Authority Heating & Air. I'm a big believer in using local businesses, and I hate being upsold to. David didn't try to talk me into a bigger (ie, more expensive) system than I needed and treated me like an actual person versus just another lead like some of the big HVAC companies do.

Devon and his team were great! They kept everything super clean and it was a seamless installation. Far better HVAC experience than I have ever had before, and they came in much more affordable for an equivalent system. Thanks again!

Devin was fantastic! He was very thorough and an excellent communicator. I now understand what the issues are with my unit and we have a plan to fix it that’s extremely reasonable and will maximize the life of my unit. His goal was clearly to help me resolve the problem with my unit, vs. sell me a new overpriced system which is what another company was trying to do. I am grateful that Authority Hearing and Air was referred to me by word of mouth and want to keep the referral word going!!!

A technician named Dave came out to repair out AC unit two weeks ago. He was efficient and quick. He was also friendly and introduced himself to our dog(if you have a dog you know it makes such a difference if they are comfortable with the person in your home). When he was done he recommended we change our air filter and since we had spares he actually changed it for us!(up very high and required a ladder). Thank you!!

Needed a new evaporator coil. They fit me into their busy schedule and completed the work in a single day. Their crew is top notch and clean! Even put on booties over their shoes (in addition to using a drop cloth all along the path from the front door to the attic access. Highly recommend using Authority for all your HVAC needs.
