Joseph is great to work with. Prompt, professional communication. Very thoughtful in his evaluations and recommendations going so far as to highlight potential issues that may arise (they did not, thankfully, but it shows his level of consideration and honesty). His invoicing system is top notch - email invoice records including photos of the work and a breezy online payment system are as hassle and stress free as possible. No criticisms I can think of. My technician was really friendly and did a great job installing my portable air conditioner. He also explained in great detail how to run and drain the portable air conditioner. I would definitely recommend Joseph the Handyman, LLC for all your handyman needs.I will be using them for future home projects.

Excellent service!!! I am super happy with these gaus, cleaning dryer vent.
I called many companies in the area. First of all, no one bothers to answer calls these days. Two companies responded first of which (lots of ""good" review with 4.9 stars!) didn't seem to even want to talk to me. They told me they couldn't give any quotes over the phone, not even ball-park rates, but they can do free in home estimate, which was fine. Someone showed up took some pictures and left to provide the quote within 30 min. They did - $485! So, I didn't even bother responding how ridiculous it was.
Second company, Handy Heating and Air, returned my call almost instantly without me even leaving a message. They asked a few questions as to where the dryer is located, type, floor, etc. and provided a flat-rate quote of $229, which sounded very reasonable these days. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, which followed by prompt reminders and email. Then the day came. I was pleasantly surprised when two very respectful guys showed up exactly at scheduled time (with previous companies, I used to be one to help if needed). They did an outstanding job, cleand up after themselves and left.
Why is it such a rare thing to have excellent service these days, but these guys were clearly an exception. I'd recommend them any day!!! Thank you, Handy Heating and Air!!!
