They sent someone over in under an hour and gave us a comprehensive estimate that covered all our concerns. Jaguar did a great job at my rental property. They identified an issue with a leaky unit installed in the attic years ago. Given that they were responsible for the installation, they fixed the problem parts and labor for free, even though the labor warranty had expired. The service was truly impressive.
