I went to Walmart for three consecutive days to receive my medication, yet each time the pharmacy staff gave various excuses. One day they said it would be ready when the system was clear, another time when things were busy, and repeatedly told me to wait 40 minutes. After returning for three days in a row, on the third day they informed me—again after 40 minutes—to come and pick it up. However, even then, the medicine was still not ready. This process caused significant inconvenience and wasted a great deal of my time.

It appears that the Walmart pharmacy staff are not performing their duties properly. For this reason, we are issuing this statement in hopes that they will take responsibility, improve their service, and avoid causing further hardship for customers.
