Update 11/10/20
Received a callback from the owner of the Company Gene. He said he doesn't do Residential work so frankly he doesn't care what happened even though his own website states they do Residential and Commercial.
He said I only do Commercial work so if Ben sent someone out deal with Ben and he reminded me he doesn't care.
His entire website talks about how they are all about customer service which is a lie.

I initially called this company a few months back when they were recommended to me by a family member. I spoke to Ben at the time and he had Booker come out to my house to do some plumbing work under my kitchen sink and also seal a leaking water softener.
Today I am in the process if replacing my bathroom vanity and I need the plumbing lined up with the new sink.
I still had Booker's phone number since he gave it to me last time and he asked me to reach out if I needed anything else in the future.
For some reason Booker gave me a really hard time today. He said he doesn't come out for anything less than $150. I have the text to prove it. He also stated if I want to be cheap, then to just call a handyman. I don't know why he would say that since I paid him what he quoted me last time and tipped him too. He asked me to send pictures and then proceeded to tell me everything he will not work on.
I found him to be extremely rude and unprofessional today. I am the customer and he has no right to speak to a customer this way.
I called Ben and told him what happened and Ben said their minimum is $125 not $150 and then his signal went out and he didn't call back.
Customer service goes a long way and Booker has a lot to learn even though he is a certified plumber as he made it a point to tell me this last time.
