I am a real estate broker and only trust US trenchless for all of my inspections, work to be complete. They are very honest, trustworthy, and true experts.

These guys are great! We had to have our sewer pump replaced and our front lawn had to be torn up for access. When the job was completed, you could hardly tell anything had been done due to the great care used by the crew.

Abraham did a sewer inspection at a house we were buying, and we ended up working with them on a trenchless sewer line replacement and also underground drainage lines. They were not the lowest bid, but the crew dug by hand with shovels (no trenching machine or excavator), so they were able to be careful of other underground stuff. They also hand compacted and leveled the soil afterwards.

Abraham has been excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. If you’re looking for an amazing plumber or sewer inspector in this area use them!!!

Abraham gave me the best quote. They finished in 3 days with inspection. This was one of my smoothest jobs. They replaced an orangeburg drain from the building to the city. It kept on clogging so I finally decided to replace it. They also helped me contact the city to follow up with the city's drain,.

This company did a great job from beginning to end. They were extremely patient with my schedule, gave great communication throughout the job, and left the site clean when the job was finished. The work they did was outstanding and completed sooner than stated. Jonas, Abraham and Shannon are great to work with! If I need their services again I will definitely call them first!

My realtor had U.S. Trenchless do an initial sewer line inspection on a home I eventually bought that was on the older side. They provided a detailed estimate of what needed to be repaired with the sewer lines and offered 2 options (temporary or long-term solutions). This helped with my wallet which I appreciated.

During inspection, the inspector also found some minor plumbing needs, I was able to ask US Trenchless to fix those concerns as well. They did it for a more reasonable estimate than roto rooters $2200.

They showed up at my property and I didn’t even know they were working on it because I didn’t hear the doorbell so when I called the company they said well they’re already there so I had to go out and look and sure enough they were already working on my problem It only took him two hours to fix and they even exchanged two of my sprinklers for me. Doug was very great and a big help. I will definitely use these guys again in the future.

U.S. Trenchless is the best! I have a house built in 1958 and the City requires a lateral sewer inspection certification prior to selling. Abraham, Carlos and Wyatt were professional, friendly and courteous. They did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend.

TL;DR — US Trenchless was amazing to work with. Jonas did excellent work, stuck to his stated schedule, was very professional and highly communicative. Hire them! You will be in excellent hands with your project.

Longer version: I recently bought a vacant lot that didn’t have water service. Getting new water service is a pretty serious undertaking and can’t just be done any old time by a regular residential plumber - it requires planning designs and permits, the city to come out to tap the water main, traffic control plans, a big ol hole to be dug, etc etc. I called several plumbing companies and plumbing engineers asking for quotes on this project. Mostly it seemed like they wanted me to do all that planning in advance and then call them back when the hole had been dug, and at that point they’d give me a quote to start connecting the pipe I guess? 😂 I’m exaggerating, but Jonas was the only person who actually took the time to explain the whole process and help me understand all the the city paperwork. He was gracious and helpful when I had follow up questions, and he kept me informed throughout the project. His quote was fair, and it clearly outlined the scope of work in a line item manner. He was absolutely indispensable in navigating the city planning process. In terms of the actual installation, everything went smoothly, the site was left clean and tidy, and I now I am so so glad to have water - yay! Thank you US Trenchless!!
