We had a great experience with Alvin and Serieux Plumbing. After getting a couple of outrageously expensive bids from other plumbers, who also tried to upsell us on a lot of unnecessary work, this was a huge relief.

Alvin came highly recommended by several of our neighbors, and now I understand why. He replumbed our 1927 home, replacing old galvanized pipes that were leaking in multiple areas with modern plumbing. The quality of the work was excellent.

What really stood out was his communication and honesty. He clearly explained each step of the process, helped us understand what actually needed to be done versus what could wait, and never tried to push extra work on us.

His pricing was fair, especially compared to the other bids we received, and the entire process felt straightforward and professional from start to finish.
