He kept me informed of everything he was doing, and was very kind and continue to wear his mask and gloves for safety. I felt the prices were fair and it eased my mind tremendously. Eddie was very professional and understanding of the urgency of the matter. Eddie got there quick after a long night of working and still working he did it all with a pleasant and friendly attitude. My drain was unclogged within min of him getting there! Thank you Van go Rooter and Eddie!

Technician Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work evaluating the job at hand. A dishwasher installation, removing the existing dishwasher and a shower head installation. He provided a reasonable estimate before starting work and started working right away. Adam was thorough, professional and tidy in his work. Would definitely recommend Vango to my friends and family.

When I have plumbing problem I call VanGo rooter. Angelo the owner is very helpful. Duane the manager makes sure the technicians is on time. And calls me when they’re coming. Paul and Tom their technicians are very polite and professional. All the work VanGo did for me is clean and no mess left behind. Two separate jobs with same great results. Duane scheduled both my service. Richard replaced my disposal unit with normal pipes and Paul replaced my bathroom faucet. Both techs came earlier but called first. Impressed with clean their clean work! Would recommend!

I work @ a retail store here in Davis. And our toilet gets clogged up every week and every week it gets clogged up every single time. Our store has our go to plumber but we’re sick of it. Long story short after 3 different visit from 3 different plumber Eddie who goes by “Ed” was able to fix and contain the problem. Eddie explained to us what the issue was and went right to it. He knew what to do as soon as he saw where it was coming from. Ed took his time to trace the issue, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and most importantly is that after he was done its like he wasn’t even there like he didn’t touch anything and our bathroom just miraculously started working again. Overall this guy is it. I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with Eddie and would call him whenever I need some leaks stopped in my household. 10 out of 10 great customer service great personality, quick, and clean. Thanks again you have our business.

I called Vango off hours because I needed a professional plumber to run a new pipe because during my kitchen remodel. Eddie, the technician came in quickly and immediately knew what needed to be done to get the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable. While I had him at the house, he offered a complimentary inspection to make sure everything is draining properly. I strongly recommended Vango Rooter to my friends and family.

Our water heater had a major leak. We called VanGo Rooter who was very professional and prompt. After explaining our water heater leak problem over the phone, VanGo Rooter sent Paul to assess the problem. Paul was very professional and explained what the issue was. We knew our water heater was too old and needed to be replaced. Paul confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced due to the tank having a big hole at the bottom caused by rust and deteriorating water heater tank. Paul was able to replace our water heater the same day. We are very satisfied and happy with Paul. We will definitely use VanGo Rooter for future plumbing issues.

Adam from Van Go Rooter was fantastic! He was very professional, wore his mask the entire time, was clean and had a methodical approach to diagnosing and fixing my sink.

Trash. Overpriced. Avoid at all costs. What a nightmare of a company. FAIL.

$605 for a simple garbage disposal replacement. Ridiculous.

The company left us an estimate for their service, when they came they did not give us the complete service and they did not give us the receipt for the work performed. We are going to wait a few days for the receipt and if they do not send it we will make a claim.

I called VanGo to have a part replaced in my commercial water heart. The technician showed up and started cutting/ taking things apart. The workmanship was rough on the water heater, and he was having a hard time removing a small crew even. 20 minute into the work he said it cannot be done and I will need a new water heater then left. My water heater was left more broken than it was before. His manager called later and said he would stop by to take a look. But never showed up or returned my calls.

Plumber came out after receiving the assignment from my home warranty. The visit was fine overall, although the plumber could not figure out where the issue was (likely under the house) and I was told a leak specialist would be required. A report still hasn't been submitted to the home warranty (it's been days) and the home warranty can't proceed forward with approving the leak specialist (and then approving repairs) until the first report has been received. The leak is getting worse and all I've been told is that my issue has been passed on to the management team. In the meantime, a report has not been filed, I can't use my water and more of my kitchen, flooring, and concrete slab are damaged.

I have yet to hear from the management team. I have called, emailed, and texted to follow-up, just trying to get the report/estimate sent to the home warranty. There was apathy from the service reps, which makes it seem like this is a common issue. I don't understand why VanGo has such an issue with filing the report/estimate with home warranty companies. I learned from another client that the exact same thing happened to them when Vango Rooter was sent out (which was last month and a report still hasn't been submitted for their case). I haven't been able to get a copy of my report either, as I was going to try to submit the estimate myself.

Considering how vital it is to deal with water issues, especially leaks, promptly before they escalate, it's irresponsible of VanGo to not have a workaround and not to ensure that reports/estimates are immediately submitted. Damage is accumulating and my costs are increasing the longer this takes.
