Second time I’ve used then - first was for tree trimming. This time, an arborist came out to check on one of our fruit tree which was not looking healthy. We climbed out to where the tree was and he gave me a very detailed explanation of what was wrong and what I needed to do to correct the problem (apply some fertilizers). No charge, and did not try to sell a service to me. I’ll keep on using them as long as I have trees. Great company.

Tim and his crew did a great job pruning our trees away from our roof line. They also removed a large tree and trimmed all of the hard to reach trees along our river bank. Very professional and the crew left the yard spotless. I was so impressed.

Tim trims our tree every winter and does an awesome job. He is easy to work with, punctual and professional - he leaves our yard cleaner than he found it! In addition to the "maintenance", Tim came out and gave us a consultation when we first bought our house 5 years ago. He took out a few dead or dying trees, told us which trees could be saved, and then helped transform a neglected mess into something that has grown into a beautiful back yard. Can't recommend him enough.

I first started working with Tim about seven years ago when I bought an older home with lots of mature trees. Admittedly, I didn't know anything about trees so he brought his expertise and has helped me keep my beautiful trees managed and healthy ever since. He has always been incredibly helpful and takes the time to explain what he needs to do - and more importantly why - so I always learn something with each visit. His fees are very reasonable (and I did my due diligence!) and he and his team are easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Titan Tree Service!

We have had Tim and his crew work on a couple of trees over the past few years. Tim came to our house and evaluated what needed to be done with his friendly customer service.

We were happy with the work that his crew did and they cleaned up the area after- we liked that!!

I had their arborist out (Tim Dailey) to assess two of my trees that were looking crummy. I had called another company before reaching out to Titan Tree Service, and despite their website saying they did tree assessments, they said they would not come out unless they could ensure we would be getting work done. Seemed pretty unprofessional to me to say that directly to a customer! However, that was not an issue at all for Titan! I called and they gladly scheduled me for a free assessment. When Tim arrived he was within the discussed time interval, friendly, and very informative! He let me know what was going on with my trees and that unfortunately they would need to be removed eventually, but he was honest and told me it was not an immediate concern (we have some time!). I really appreciated the honesty and that I didn't feel like I was being pushed to spend money when I really don't have to quite yet. I asked for a quote to be sent for the removal, so I'd have an idea of about how much I would need to spend at some point, and that was emailed to me within a couple of hours. The cost seemed fair, and I definitely plan on giving them a call again when it is time to say goodbye to these trees. Thank you Tim and Titan Tree Service!

Giving this business 5 star rating because they just hired my PHENOMENAL BABY BROTHER. Well he isn’t a baby he’s so amazing at cutting down trees and anything that has to do with chainsaws and climbing trees. He came to my house during a bad storm in the rain to cut down a tree that would have fell over onto my neighbors home and three neighbors fences would have broke if he didn’t come save the day. He drove an hour out of his way in the middle of the night for an emergency call for us! He came very prepared in such short notice and all of the neighbors were so impressed with him and his skills. He cut down a 2 story tree in less than 35 minutes! Great job and so experienced and impressive to watch. This company just won hiring Austin and anyone that gets to see him in action will see why.
I’m giving this company a 5 star rating and I HIGHLY recommend customers to ask specifically for Austin to come fall their trees especially if it’s a really big tree. It’s such a treat watching him climb and cut the trees down the way he does.
This rating isn’t to pump up the company this is a true rating for an employee who came through and showed up for us during an emergency tree job and did an excellent job.

Absolutely amazing company to have come do arborist work. Really enjoyed watching Austin climb up in the tree’s handling the chainsaw in one hand and falling branches perfectly to his piles. Amazing company the other employees were hard workers too.

Tim and his crew, Julian and Shane, did an excellent job removing/stump grinding and pruning several trees in my yard. It was amazing to watch their efficiency, safety and cohesiveness on the job. They treat each other respectfully as well as the customer. The cleanup was also meticulous and well done. I will definitely use their services again and recommend to all my friends and family. Tim's estimate was also the lowest and he shows up when he tells you he'll be there.

Tim, the owner of Titan, was so professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He assessed my neighbor's birch tree, which I had trimmed and as a result, started leaking sap for the last two weeks. Both my neighbor and I were concerned about the sap and health of the tree. Tim arrived on time and even called 30 minutes before arrival. He took the time to obtain the background information, assess the tree and provide his opinions to both me and my neighbor free of charge. I can't thank him enough and was so impressed with his level of experience, easy going nature and sincerity. He wasn't out to make a fast buck, but instead focused on resolving our issue. A focus on customer service is such a rare quality of business owners today. I will definitely hire Tim and his company for any of my future tree needs and recommend his services to friends and family.

We had a HUGE tree removed in our backyard, and they did a great job. Everything was easy to schedule, and the crew worked safely and was very respectful.

I even asked them to come back to help with follow-ups, and they did without any issues. Would recommend.

Titan Tree Service was very responsive and timely to my request for a quote. Tim and is crew were out shortly after the quote process. They did a great job with trimming three trees in my backyard. Tim asked if I wanted any additional branches removed before completing the work. They disposed of all material and left the yard clean and as it was prior to service. Will have them back next year for maintenance.

Titan was EXCELLENT! They gave good solid advice and recommendations for trimming a tree with some larger dead limbs and pruning 2 orange trees with young fruit on it. I didn't need more oranges so a trim was not an issue. Other quote was almost 4 time more! Very clean and safe, and polite.

Titan Tree Service did such an AMAZING job with our tree in the front yard. They were prompt, professional and at the end not only does the tree look beautiful but they did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.for.all.your tree service needs

What can you say when the owner comes out on a Saturday to make sure you’re okay with hazards, access, etc before his crews begin cleanup of a big oak tree disaster that damage two homes. Fast, efficient, professional and best of all compassionate and friendly.

Had Titan help with a damaged Chinese Elm tree that needed removal - prompt service, fair pricing, and stellar communication from start to finish. Highly recommend Tim & co. to help with your tree needs. Work was finished quickly, professionally, and when I had questions on additional help, the crew came back out immediately to assist.

My trees have been unattended for years, contacted Titan and received a quick and professional estimate. The estimate was reasonable, the work was successful completed in a few hours with great results . I highly recommend Titan tree service.

The crew did great work! The foreman was very knowledgeable and offered some great information about where the best places to prune would be to ensure the health of the trees. Great debris cleanup as well; like they were never here. We will definitely be using Titan Tree Service in the future.

This company trimmed a tree in my neighbors yard, which completely affected my yard and my roof. Their clean up after was unacceptable - left all kinds of small branches and leaves and shavings in my yard. So disappointing especially when it wasn't even my service. They should have made my yard look the same or better than it was when thy started.

They left out a bush, and are coming back to handle that. The tree they trimmed has lots of dead branches that have died, still in the tree. Will not use them again.

Update: the owner came back to trim the neglected bush and to re-trim the tree and perform the clean-up neglected by his crew. An outstanding effort. But if you use this company, you must insist on Tim being there for the job.
