Helpful, organized, and efficient place!

Ok place,,, but you don't get many hours, an you gotta clean, hella warehouses, an still don't get 8 hours a day.

Kent and Dennes are super responsive and their customer service goes above and beyond. Anyone loking for janitorial should choose them!

We hired Environmental Control Central Valley to clean our facility twice a week. From day one, the quality of cleaning was subpar. Floors still dirty, surfaces untouched, trash not consistently taken out. It got so bad I had the manager come out multiple times to review the poor job his team was doing. Each time I was assured it would get better. It never did.

Their Director of Operations and Sales, Dennes, was very convincing when we signed up and again when I raised concerns. He promised improvements but it was all talk. Nothing ever changed.

On their last day they even took all of our cleaning supplies with them. Supplies we had paid for and provided.

Bottom line: if you want a janitorial service you have to babysit constantly just to get the bare minimum done, then this is the company for you. If you’re looking for reliable professional cleaners that take pride in their work, look somewhere else.
