This guy has a horrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone based solely on his attitude to the public while being a "business owner". Embarrassing. You never know who could use your business, but then again this guy has zero social awareness.
If he does his jobs like he carries himself, I highly do not recommend him. -

We purchased the original home with the intent of a tear down & rebuild. Bill worked with us to design and build a turnkey home. Services included demolition, general construction all exterior finishes including concrete, landscape and masonry. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and care given to the project and would recommend his services.

Under Construction has been my go to home improvement contractor for approximately 30 years. The work done by the company has included installing a retaining wall, replacing kitchen and bathroom tile and plumbing, replacing siding and building a ramp and replacing wooden decks with Trex materials and installing steps on my property which is situated on a challenging slope. The proprietor, Bill Westphal, is experienced, easy to work with, offers helpful suggestions, provides written estimates, is prompt and responsive, advises when changes to schedules are needed and is flexible with the homeowner in that regard as well. His employees are always polite, respectful and skilled.
