Nice over the phone. Easy to set up the cleaning service of your preference on their website. They charge right away. Sent me a reminder text the day of to leave my bins out after they were dumped. Came over and completed the job without coming to the door or asking any questions. Sent me pictures of the before and after before they left. Rolled the bins up to the side of the house where they go. Bins look brand new and smell clean! Love it! Recommend 5 out of 5 and will definitely use again.
