Thanks to their great work, the insurance company reinstated the policy with no issues. The team did a very good job cleaning my roof, it was by no means an easy job, the roof hadn’t been cleaned in a number of years, is pretty steep, and has wood shingles, so overall a very time consuming and labor intensive job. The roof looks outstanding, I’ve already had several neighbors comment how good it looks. A job well done!

I hired Ronnie from Premium Pressure Washing to come out to a job site I have in San Juan to clean the garage and driveway concrete. He was on time and did an amazing job. The service was outstanding—he did a thorough soft wash on my roof, explained the entire process, and provided all the documentation I needed for my insurance company. Ron Duran owns this business and I’ve never seen a guy more enthusiastic and going the extra mile to do a fantastic job! He cleaned the whole exterior, walls, solar panels, and concrete. I was happy to pay his reasonable charge and add a generous tip.
