Armando was outstanding, he communicated before during and after he completed the mold remediation. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, quality of work and timely completion of the job! I highly recommend his services, you will be glad you used him. After he completed the mold remediation we passed with mold levels far below normal.

I found Armando online in a panic. Our downstairs flooded in the rain and the wall to wall carpet was molding and still sopping wet. He came that day to assess the situation and brought a complete crew the next morning. I completely trusted him and his crew based on their experience and suggestions. They finished the job of draining and removing all carpet and pads and placed numerous dehumidifiers in the area. He was responsive and professional and not pricy. I hope never to use them again, but he is the first person I would call! I STRONGLY recommend you use him.

In the past week I had sewage damage under the house cleaned up by Soria Environmental. Instead of going with a well known plumbing company who came in with an estimate almost double that of Soria Environmental, I chose Soria. They had great reviews online, and I can now attest to the complete professionalism of their work. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. They came over the next day after calling them and completed the work quickly. I would certainly use them again if needed.

Soria Environmental provided excellent fire damage mediation, cleanup & repair after a major fire at our house on 12/29/22. They showed up within 2 hours from initial contact, assessed the situation and provided a comprehensive plan. Armando assembled a crew that started work that very day. Armando and his crew worked non-stop through 29 days of torrential rain and gale force wind. Throughout the process we were kept advised of activity and next steps. Soria Environmental kept our insurance carrier in the loop which facilitated payments. Lastly Armando and his crew were kind and empathic towards us during this most difficult time.

Our company has worked with Soria Environmental on several occasions. When we were not able to take on the job we would refer our clients over to this company. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Armando is a True professional! I’m gonna say probably one of the Best in the Biz, highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about Soria Contracting and Solutions Monterey - Restoration & Remediation Services. When a pipe burst in my restroom, I was in a panic. They arrived quickly, were professional, and had the situation under control in no time. Their expertise and efficiency were incredible. I felt so relieved knowing they were handling the mess. Highly recommend!

Armando was nice and very professional. He explained everything in a way I could understand. His workers were always on time and did an excellent job!! All of them very nice and friendly. Always a smile on their face. He worked with my insurance to get payment.

Soria environmental did a great job. They were very professional, they were right on time. They help coordinate with other contractors on the job which made everything go very quickly and very smoothly. He described the work that would be required in detail when he came for the initial inspection. They provided a very detailed quote. Their work they did was very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the job they did, I really appreciate them coordinating with other contractors, they did a great job.

This company did amazing work! My sister is elderly and has severe RA, they were very understanding and non judgmental. They did an amazing job cleaning her home and air ducts and got her back in her house as soon possible. She felt an immediate improvement in the air quality of her home. Their prices were very competitive and they didn't try and scam me for a service that wasn't needed. The whole team was very professional and treated my sisters home fantastic, Thank you Soria environmental.

Armando has a GREAT company here with some amazing employees. Alfonso and Gabriel were both on time, professional, and took the time to chat with us about any questions we had. Gabriel came on a Saturday to finish up so we could have everything taken down in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any of the environmental services they provide.

This crew is amazing! I called in a panic, and Armando talked me off the ledge and sent his team over to start helping right away. Alfonso and Daniel were not only great technicians and communicators, but also made our daily check-in‘s easy and fun. If I could give Armando and his crew 10 stars I would. The prompt and professional service he provided helped to deal with a very disastrous whole house clean up much easier to deal with. It was an extremely difficult situation regarding a pipe that burst under our house. Armando promptly returned all my many phone calls, took the time to explain everything including the full scope of the job. After each conversation with Armando, I always came away feeling much better. His patience and time spent assuring me that all was going to be okay led me to believe that I was in good hands.

Soria staff were professional, responsive and great about explaining what and how they planned on doing things. In-house team wore protective foot booties at all times inside the house and ensured all surfaces were protected. Got rid of our mold quickly and completely. Excellent owner and staff !!

Soria contracting and Solutions is an extremely professional business. My great experience started with the promptness that Armando showed me in picking up my first call at 6:30 am and showing up at my place within two hours.
I was desperate after another company kept me with my bathroom demolished and with mold for the past two months.
When Armando came and saw the situation he promised quick service and quality. And let me tell you, Armando and his crew delivered exactly as promised. Very clean work, extremely detailed and keeping me up to date on all the steps while we were displaced from home. They cleaned and cleaned and disinfected all the mold and bacteria that the first company did not know how to deal with.
Soria and co. are a group that shows you that quality and ethical services still exist in a world where many others from their field care only about the money and not the customer.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Armando and his associates at Soria Environmental. My toilet overflowed and wiped out my master bedroom, master bath, and master closet. All of my floors were ruined along with carpet, tile, bathroom cabinets, drywall, furniture, and personal items. Their crew came in and cleaned up everything for me with the utmost professionalism. When I first met with Armando, he walked me through what the whole process would be step by step and put all my worries at ease. They were able to work around my schedule and get everything cleaned up and looking great. They came in with smiles everyday and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Although this was a traumatic experience that I went through, they made it less traumatic by their work standards and professionalism. Armando also is working with my insurance carrier personally to make sure that everything is taken care of.
