i reached out to jacob & sons plumbing to check out replacing the old galvanized pipes in my house. maurice came by in just a couple of days and gave us a really fair estimate. connor and jason arrived right on time, put in three new spigots, redid all the plumbing with pex lines, and quickly found a big issue with the main water line. they even ran a temporary line from the street to keep everything working and stuck to the original price. they finished everything in under eight hours. i'll definitely call them for any plumbing work in the future and highly recommend their team.

After three weeks of having to shower somewhere else with my family, we finally had a plumber come out to help us. Terry, our technician, was fantastic. He took just a few minutes to figure out the problem and then quickly gave us three different quotes, each with a different way to fix the issue. If I had a question and he didn’t know the answer, he was honest and polite about it instead of just guessing. I would definitely recommend their plumbing services, and I especially suggest asking for Terry if you need help.

I had an urgent plumbing situation, and I was really impressed with the service I received. I called for help when my home warranty couldn't send a plumber right away. I had a hot water tank issue in my attic that was leaking into my ceiling. It was a big problem, but they arrived in just 30 minutes. The technicians quickly got to work in the cramped attic, safely shutting off the gas and water, and draining the tank. They handled the tough job with great skill and professionalism, and I appreciated that they wore masks. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing help. They definitely deserve an 'A' plus!
