We live in a house that runs on Sub Zero appliances and, therefore, when the fridge produced a strange kind of knocking noise, I panicked. The technician came in relaxed and reassuring, resolved the problem, and gave the reason.

Worse place ever to buy an appliance was looking for a refrigerator the only employee there didn’t know anything nothing about prices appliances nothing at all clueless..had to buy from them as all other places where closed already on Saturday (very overpriced) so they couldn’t deliver until Tuesday ..
Delivery:the delivery guy calls me that he is 5 minutes away to be ready and is already frustrated before I even say a word continuously giving me attitude throughout the call .he arrives and is in the worst mood possible very unprofessional avoid the headache.

Got a dryer here. No problems. Even worked him down on the price. I will shop here again.

This place is no good. I bought a fridge for 450.00 and it has never worked correctly. Now it does not even get cold. I had it for 4 months and its been serviced 3 times. What a RIPPPPP OFFFF Please stay away from this place unless you want to get burned for your hard worked money

They have great customer service. Even thought it is a 2 hand appliance store they have a wide variety of inventory. The cleanliness of their merchandise speaks for its self. They also provides affordable mobile repairs for domestic appliances, just ask for Tony.

First I called on the phone to make sure I was getting a genuine GE part. When I got there, they assured me that their part was universal and I could even bring it back if I had any problems. It was not labeled GE. When I overheard them talking, the price changed three times. I had to modify the bracket holes to line up, but I did get it installed finally. Due to a bad smell, I asked the gas company to check the oven. They said we were lucky we didn't get killed by an explosion and disconnected everything. He said it should have been a round one, not a square one...perfectly obvious after he showed me. I went back to Bobby's for a refund. They said the part I needed was on their truck, and would not give me a refund. DON'T EVER GO THERE !!! [ thank God we're still alive in Grand Terrace. ]

DO NOT BUY HERE. I have had the absolute worst experience here! Anthony was entirely unprofessional to my mother and myself. Bobby, when confronted about her employee's rude behavior, defended him and was extremely unprofessional by threatening to not bring us another dryer. EVEN THOUGH, the first dryer didn't work, EVEN AFTER a $25 fee for Anthony to come repair it. We made him give us a receipt for that repair. He refused to give us a receipt for his delivery of the different dryer, EVEN THOUGH they asked for ANOTHER $25. He laughed in our face and once again threatened to leave. PLEASE listen to the 2 star rating. It does not even deserve that. I hope to God this other dryer works, because having to deal with this wretched company and dish out out another $25 to give us a dryer that actually works is just not worth the trouble. Never again!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Their repairman Anthony does not know what he's doing and completely broke my refrigerator. Promised to fix it. But kept making excuses. Everytime I'd talk to him it was something different. A month later sends me $200 and tells me to figure it out on my own. The parts that he broke cost $309 plus the parts for the original problem.

Purchased a refrigerator LIKE NEW 2 years ago and it is still running great!! Great price, great service and he delivered and installed. They hauled away my old unit as well. Now looking for a washer/dryer and I wouldn't go anywhere else but to Bobby's!! So excited to see what they have now.
