Some of the most unprofessional people I have ever felt with. Tried to call their office to find out how to get their crew to move the equipment blocking the entire street access to my house and several others only to be told they couldn't locate the foreman. Then I asked if they had a permit for this work and shutting down a public street and they told me they could not give me that information as it wasn't any of my business. Meanwhile their "workers" are just watching me sit in my car unable to access my house on a day that it was 100+ degrees out. Worst "roofers" I've ever seen in my lifetime. I would avoid dealing with them unless you like being treated like garbage.

I had another roof leak due to the rain yesterday, 09/01. The owner had a team out the next day. The window was between 1-3 pm. They showed up at 1:15. They took measurements, communicated with each other and, hopefully, fixed the issue!

Zoro and his work crew did a great job addressing our roof leak. Quick response. Honest estimate, true to final cost. Handled HOA and permit approvals. Quality products, terrific service, very hard-workers. Very conscientious of weather predictions, time schedules, our needs as the homeowner, as well as our neighbors. Highly recommend.

We’re a multifamily apartment complex and had our roofs done by BRS. Since then, we’ve had ongoing leaks across multiple areas/units and the problems continue.

The biggest issue (besides the leaks) is the terrible service process: no reliable work order tracking, no consistent follow-up, and poor communication. We’ve had to constantly reach out just to get answers, schedules, or updates.

This has created repeated disruption for residents and unnecessary risk of interior damage.

I has an estimate scheduled twice and they never called or showed up.

Added custom pull-out drawers to our kitchen cabinets. Game changer for organization.

Built a soundproof office for remote work. Major difference in noise levels and very professional build.

Da General Contractors replaced my malfunctioning HVAC system right on schedule and displayed a commendable level of professionalism throughout the process. The quality of their work was evident in the meticulous installation and thorough testing to ensure everything was functioning correctly.

I recently had a fence installed by Raul from Da General Contractors, and it was a satisfactory experience. The pricing was reasonable, and the work was completed in a timely manner, which was much appreciated. Raul was professional throughout, maintaining clear communication and delivering quality workmanship that met my expectations.

I had new windows installed by Robert from Da General Contractors, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. He showed up right on time, was super professional, and the windows look and work great. They’ve really improved both the look and comfort of my home! Yes, I admit it was really beautiful—no need to deny it. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Mega General Contractors San Bernardino, we have a fantastic new deck! They were very receptive to our demands and came up with creative ideas to improve the design. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and we love our new outside space a lot. Overall, they deserve five stars!

Bad business practices

On August 23, 2025, Lowe’s contracted RCR Construction (later to find out that RCR has bad reviews, some connected to LOWES) to install a new fence and gate at our property. Our credit card was charged the full amount ($2,765.95) eight days BEFORE the scheduled installation. The work performed is unacceptable and appears fraudulent: They damaged and destroyed our concrete. The installed fence is wobbly and improperly secured. The final product does not match the images and specifications Lowe’s provided before purchase — a clear bait-and-switch. The lock is defective and there are scratches and damage throughout the installation area. We have submitted hundreds of photos, videos, texts, and other evidence documenting these issues. We have been patient and persistent. We repeatedly called, emailed, and texted Lowe’s and RCR with documentation of the damage. Lowe's assigned a representative, Daisia Willoughby, who after hours of communication offered only $100 as a resolution. This amount is offensive and wholly inadequate given the damage and the cost to properly repair and replace the work. SHAME ON LOWES! Lowe’s is responsible for the actions of their subcontractor, RCR Construction. RCR has numerous negative reviews, and Lowe’s failure to properly supervise or ensure quality work by their chosen contractor has left us with damaged property and an unsafe fence. We request the following remedies: Repair the damaged concrete to a professional standard. Remove and correctly reinstall the fence and gate to match the images and specifications Lowe’s originally provided. Replace or properly repair the defective lock and address all scratches and damage caused during installation. Please note in the attachments there is a TEXT IMAGE from Lowes employee Daniel Munoz who is the Salesman for Lowes. And if you compare to the pics we took,,,clearly bait and switch!

*****UPDATE ON LOWES. From what I discovered they are NOT licensed contractors in California. That is why they use RCR Construction in Riverside. A "company" that was just licensed May 2025, has an F with the BBB and many complaints online CONNECTED to Lowes
