He also put three chandeliers for me, he made sure they were very secured and lined up good in place . I love their customer service and their prices are reasonable. I reached out to Alla to get electrical work done in the garage per the code. He and his team did a great job of adding new receptacles, adding new lights, fixing all open wiring and receptacles (from previous owners). I feel more comfortable now that our garage is well lit with all electrical work done per the code.

N&Z Design and Build helped with the remodel of my upstairs floor. It was a big project and they took care of demo work, new flooring, and remodeling a bathroom. They also replaced and added some light fixtures and a few other smaller items. What I liked the most about working with them is that they were a one stop shop. They could handle plumbing, tile work, baseboards, drywall repair, paint, and some electrical work. I would definitely use them again and I’m already in talks with them for a second project. Highly recommend!

Armando Zarco remodeled my mom’s bathroom in San Bernardino. They switched out the tub for a walk in shower. Armando did an amazing job throughout the whole experience. He kept everything clean, and was very communicative throughout the whole process. We’ll be contacting him for our other shower. Definitely recommend.

I was able to get a hold of somebody really fast and set up an appointment. I was having issues with my water heater. I needed it replaced,They did let me know before reinstalling the new water heater that there was some water damage on the platform for the water heater. Had them remake a new platform so I won’t have any issues down the line. Good guys

We have used Gustavo a couple of times and would highly recommend. He can do everything. We had him fix things that another contractor did not complete or did incorrectly and Gustavo made everything look like new. You name it Phenomenal Contracting can fix whatever you need fixed. We had electrical, plumbing, closet doors new tracks and installation with tile flooring, painting, and kitchen cabinet work. So if you do not want to have to contact multiple contractors to do the work, just call Phenomenal Contracting where they can do the work of multiple contractors.

Gus and his team at Phenomenal Contracting are truly outstanding! I did a full kitchen remodel and initially called Gus to build a walk-in pantry. He was patient, creative, and came up with fantastic ideas—like multi-colored light strips—that made the space even better than I imagined.

I had a very tight timeline and high expectations, and Gus, along with Freddy and Ivan, quickly became my go-to for all the extra projects that came up: painting a 50+ year-old kitchen with vaulted ceilings and a brick fireplace, rewiring electrical for the island and TV, moving fixtures, making a pocket door and even plumbing.

Whenever challenges came up, Gus was calm, resourceful, and always had a solution. He often reminded me he was just a phone call or text away, and he followed through every time. His experience, creativity, and professionalism really set him apart.
