I was happy to be able to use a local business for my EV charger installation. They were friendly, communicative, professional and had fair pricing. Their work was excellent and they took the time to show me everything they did. Thanks for a job well done:

Robert was great! He helped me find a seemingly very hard to find light switch and overnighted it to me!

Waste of time going here! Hector was rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate. He acted as if he couldn’t be bothered until we asked his name. This used to be a great place for a consumer to go and and get what they needed. Obviously not anymore.

Hector was helping me with an exchange and when another contractor came to the desk he dropped what he was doing for me and put the other contractor ahead. He said it was because "he was in the store first". I asked if that was how it was done and his reply was "pretty much". Bad customer service.

It’s amazing this place is even open still to be completely honest, one day the system is down the next they just aren’t even open I get reminded eveytime I’m working in the area why Home Depot will always be king this place is a disgrace

Quality really declined from the days with the free popcorn and electric trade shows and ge security camera set up on the counter top they don’t have none out to buy they are cashless as well as today my parents went in to buy something needed and gave my parents a attitude like they were bad people I rember when my grandpa and I use to go in and dad my family owned the business across the street for year motto dealer and did business with them really a sad site it’s not just them also the other ones like in Florida very very disappointed with the disrespect of my parents and of shotty service went down the consolidated way better had what I needed and they were friendly joke never useing greybar agin . Same name as prison greybar hotel is how it feels now

The company I’m with has been using Graybar for as long as I’ve been with them and not once have they let us down. Communication is on point, material is always correct and good, anyone at the counter is always nice and helpful especially Kevin!

They DO NOT OPEN AT 6AM...HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TIME THEY OPEN

Delayed my order a couple times with little notice. Could not once get the rep on the phone. Ultimately they delivered but again with missing part and more delay. Will never use again
