Excellent Service

I used clean up today for some concrete removal. I was very disappointed of their professionalism and their dishonest practice of bait and switch tactics of pricing. I got quoted a price from Ruben the owner for $800 for removal and we shook hands on it to start the next afternoon. That next evening I got a call at work saying that the concrete was heavier than he thought and now it was going to be $1200 dollars. I thought wow now I'm screwed because he already started and I couldn't say no. So I agreed and the next morning he came out with the contract which said now he's charging me by weight. I told him so now your telling me the price can go a lot higher depending on weight. He said yes so I told him I'm not signing the contract unless he puts the dollar amount we both agreed on. He reluctantly did and started working on hauling it away. When he was almost finished he called me over to one of the piles and said that there is additional concrete under the dirt and wasn't going to take it unless I paid him more money. By this time I'm tired of all the whining and told him to leave it and I'll dump it myself. One of the worst experiences as a customer using an outside service.
