The AC repair guy, edwin, performed what I'd term as a thorough inspection of our system. He was straightforward and honest about the issues, even took pictures for us to understand better. He was thoughtful enough to provide various solutions, keeping our budget in mind. I'm really impressed by how prompt this business is. just last night, I put in a request and by this afternoon, they had a technician in San Bernardino. peyton was friendly and helpful, as was the person coordinating the appointments. Couldn't be more pleased. And yes, edwin and us, we all wore masks. health comes first. Amazing!

Bryce performed maintenance services on my HVAC system that had been acting a bit strange and not running smoothly. This was happening in San Bernardino. But after Bryce worked his magic, the HVAC system now operates seamlessly and promptly. I am grateful for his help.

i purchased a brand new furnace in the spring. the furnace was making quite the racket! the heat exchanger was not staying bolted to the unit. edwin came out and tightened the bolts. this kept happening! later, we requested a new unit. we were informed that the manufacturer was out of stock because they were in the process of updating the units. our furnace went out on a chilly day in san bernardino! we were without heat! edwin's company came and brought portable heaters and installed a temporary unit. that unit was not functioning because the brand new thermostat malfunctioned! we finally received a new furnace and thermostat, and it seems to be running great! i can say that they maintained communication and were highly professional!
