Jerry has been helping our family with plumbing issues for years. I cannot give him higher praise. He's honest, reliable, and fast!

For 30 years I have used Jerry to service my apartments in San Bernardino. I absolutely will not use other AC, Heating or Plumbing contractors unless he is unavailable. On those rare occasions I have been dissatisfied with the service I have received from others. Why? Because Jerry is competent , professional and impeccably honest. He knows what he is doing, completes the job quickly, explains what he has done ., and charges reasonable fees..He is in such demand that on occasion, it takes a while for him to get to your needs, unless it is an emergency. That is the only reason I hesitated to write this review: there is already a great demand for his services. He is absolutely the BEST

Terrible service, not respectful of property and mickey mouse job.

A/C had major failure. Chris came out diagnosed problem, ordered parts, installed next day. $1100 cheaper than any other company estimate.

Most horrible service I've ever had. paid for my unit to be cleaned and serviced just to find out he only pretended to clean the system. Had to hire another company to actually clean it.

Had this guy install an ac in my garage. A few items went missing. Looked at my camera footage and caught him loading them on his truck. I just want back my grandmas jewelry Mark!

Not sure who these other idiots are, but Mark Datillo is hands down, one of the most kind and honest guys you will ever meet. We have been working with Mark for years on all sorts of commercial and residential projects and his service has been nothing less than world class. His prices are competitive and his service after the sale is best in class. We have used other AC contractors on occasion when Mark was unavailable and they were all just a reminder that Mark consistently performs above and beyond and of the other contractors. He does everything he can to keep the units running and does not recommend replacing a unit unless there is not other option and/or it is not cost effective. Don't pay attention to those posting the fake reviews, because that is exactly what they are. Nothing but respect and appreciation for this company

Needed my ac looked at and decided to call Diamond Air and I’m so glad I called them 5 star work Anthony was so nice and cool he came the next day and fixed my ac and told me to give him a call if anything else was a problem i totally recommend calling Diamond Air for All heating and air conditioning issues

Great service all around. Diamond Air helped me when I needed it most during the extreme heat. It was over 100 degrees and the AC broke and would not turn on. Called them and scheduled me right away. The technician came, diagnosed, and fixed it right away. Thank you Diamond Air!

Diamond Air came out and gave me a quote so I decided to go with the replacement. Their price was excellent and customer service were great.They replaced all my old ducts and old heating and air conditioner system. I was able to finance with them also. Thanks Diamond Airb

Diamond air came in installed a new energy efficient AC was done in professional and timely manner and thousands cheaper than Home Depot quote. Easy financing. Will highly recommend.
