Had a busted water heater. No hesitation on first call came out within 2 hours. Great service, great technician (Gareth L) was well equipment and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable. Will use them in future fir smaller projects.

There was an issue with the drainage of our house. Turns out it was a bigger issue. After getting estimates with other plumbers we opted to go with Payless for Plumbing. Will and Rick were able to provide us with multiple options and answered all of our questions — they didn’t talk down to us. We made an informed decision and were pleased with the whole process. We are understood the scope Tof the work and got timely updates. Will, Rick, and Elmer got the job done promptly and they left the work site looking like they never broke ground. They are to be commended for their efficiency. Highly recommended.
