They have done our city required back-flow tests for over 20 years, always great service. Would highly recommend.

I normally don't like to leave bad feedback unless I get the runaround or lie to, I had simple ask if they can perform a job and asked them if it could be done with in 2 weeks, Steve assuming the owner ensured me that could be done, after 2 weeks I had to call and ask if the job was done, first i got the runarounds saying that the per the notice that they had 2 more weeks to perform, well yes but as a GC we needed time to complete out part as well this was the reason I had asked them to if they could get it done with in the 2 weeks and very rudely Steve answers the phone and said to have someone else do the work after the 2 weeks of running around

Steve is extremely rude. Needed a backflow test done to open a new business, this backflow company requires you to prepay but cannot guarantee when they’ll do the job. Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere.

Someone cut and stole our backflow device outside our warehouse over the weekend. So we were out of water and could not use the restrooms. We had to use our drinking water to flush when it was urgent.
Luckily Steve and James from Basic Backflow came to rescue within couple hours after we contacted them.
We definitely recommend this company. Best service ever!

I was too young to know the specifics of his fiberglass products, but I can tell you a lot about the man who ran it (if he still runs it). Steve Primack is a good man and have lots of fond memories of going to the plant and being a part of his family as a child. I was far, far from perfect, but I want to thank him for all he and his family did for mine. If you go there, you will be treated right.

Truly an amazing company ran by good ol down home wholesome people . First time I met Tim he and I talked for 20 plus minutes and he made me feel excellent about doing business with him and his wife.
