Top Notch Rooter and Plumbing is Terrific! My kitchen sink became clogged and I didn’t know a reputable plumbing company to call. I checked Yelp, read all the great reviews from customers and contacted Top Notch. The owner Frank was great and he and his crew, Carlos and Axel, did an outstanding job! Frank provided some options and I’m so happy I chose the one we did. I am so pleased with the results and it was such a pleasure having a hard working, qualified and professional team resolving the issue! They are all really admirable, respectful and trust worthy!
