Upon learning that we needed foundation repairs on our house, Pacific Construction was one of the companies that we contacted. Jose answered my call and came over the next day to assess our foundation. He was able to identify the issues and give us a bid proposal quickly. We were quoted a good price compared to another quote that we received from a different company, so we decided to move ahead with Pacific Construction. The crew worked hard and cleaned up at the end of every day. It took 7 days to complete the repairs, and we were pleased with how efficient the process was. We were accidentally double charged for some fees, and Jose was quick to respond and reimburse us when I notified him of the error. We highly recommend Pacific Construction if you need to get repairs done on your foundation!

Jose came by my home in Daly City where I had experienced some mold issues and immediately saw what were the issues. He removed the stucco from the entire back of my house and once exposed it was obvious that there was a lot of wood rot. He re-evaluated the original estimate and was very fair about the additional cost and pointed out to me all the places that were issues. He recommended adding some earthquake posts now that all the back of the house was exposed which I chose to do. Although it ended up being a much bigger project than I had expected, it has solved the issue of moisture and wet in the walls. They put everything back the way it was, added insulation and it looks fantastic. The paint matches perfectly. His bid was very fair and his workers and he did a great job. He is a good communicator, apprised me of all the progress and was finished in 6 weeks which is what he estimated. I highly recommend Jose and his crew. Although it was a big expense, it was worth getting it done right and I am so glad I chose Jose to do it.
