Dan did a beautiful job on well-worn carpet that takes a daily beating from kids and an aged dog. We will definitely call Baker's Chem Dry back as needed.

This was my first time using Chem-Dry and I will never use them again. The carpet still looks dirty. Whatever chemicals were used made the carpet very Stiff and Rough.

The technician was unprofessionally tardy by 20 minutes with no telephone call to inform us. The carpet was cleaned, but not "dry" as the name of the business "Chem-dry." In fact, it remained wet until the next day, requiring slippers. Thereafter for one week, the carpet was damp and gave off a wetness that was uncomfortable for the feet. Not recommended!

I always call Baker's Chem-Dry for any of my carpet cleaning needs. They are extremely responsive, fast to provide service, show up on time and so friendly! Won't go anywhere else :)

Very professional, excellent cleaning of our 2 BR SF apartment.
Team arrived early and even left us a free bottle of specialized stain removal product for future needs. Overall, a positive experience.

I have used Baker's Chem Dry multiple times over the years and they never disappoint. Recently I had a particularly difficult cleaning job. A vacating tenant had left a newly carpeted apartment with stripes of tape adhesive marring one of the rooms. Baker's Chem Dry completely removed the adhesive and cleaned the carpet so that it appears as new. I couldn't be happier and recommend them without reservation.

The best of the best! We have been using Baker’s for almost a decade, twice a year like clockwork. They always have the best service- from their call response time to the beautiful job they do in our home. Honestly, don’t hesitate to work with this business. Total pros.

Dan did an awesome job. The carpet was really dirty. It looks incredible. He was extremely patient and took his time to do a great job. He was not going to leave until he was satisfied with the quality of work done. I was impressed. I give you guys a 10. Thank you.

Dan was on time, professional and courteous. Knew what he was doing, took an hour and a half, and the carpets look great. That's the good part. The bad is that it cost $334 for basically 2 rooms (425 sq ft). Plus they needed to use my hot water, like three 5 gallon buckets worth and used my toilet to dump the dirty water. That is highway robbery and a lousy deal. I cannot use Chem-dry ever again for that cost. If it wasn't for a red wine stain that needed to be dealt with, I would have refused. Carpets look great; outrageous cost. Never again.

Baker's ChemDry did an outstanding job on my upholstered teak sofa and dining chairs. I had thought I would have to have the sofa reupholstered because the stains were old and big but I gave cleaning a try first. The cleaning worked so well that sofa looks nearly new. Dan was the scheduler and fit me in the same week that I called. Gary did the great work. They both could not have been nicer.

As was expected my ChemDry technician did a great job on our carpets! Always pleasant, professional and communicative! We’ll continue to use their services!

Andy was very helpful. He called me on his way to let me know his eta. When he arrived, I showed him the problem areas (urine stains from our puppy). He was doubtful they would come out and offered to pre stain and try cleaning just that area and I would not be obligated if I wasn't satisfied. Who does that these days? The stains lightened quite a bit and I had him do the rest of our house. Our carpet looks so much better. Thank you Andy!

I have used this Baker's Chem dry at least 2 times now and the service is awesome! When I called initially they were very booked up and since I wasn't in a rush (and my availability was also limited to Fridays), I booked an appointment 4 weeks out. Then, a few hours later, I get a call from their worker saying that he was available to clean my home that afternoon! In minutes, he was here and in 1 hour, my 2 bedrooms, hall and stairs were done! The worker (I'm sorry I don't have his name) was great, polite. The office remembered by Friday availability -that's great customer service!

We had a great experience with Baker's Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They cleaned our wall to wall synthetic carpet and our wall to wall pure wool carpet. They treated stains first; did a wonderful job cleaning; and went back over some high traffic areas. Andy and Michael were punctual, polite, hard working, knowledgeable, careful. And given this time of CoVid, they wore masks the entire time.

I have been using Bakers Chem Dry since 2007. I call on them yearly to clean all my carpets to keep them like new. They do an amazing job. There always on time and don’t rush to get the job done. There staff has always been very friendly and very good workers. I will always use Baker Chem Dry. You won’t be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of having Efrain (Jimmy) clean my carpets today and I offer him and Baker ChemDry my highest possible recommendation. He arrived on time and completed his job within his original estimated time despite moving furniture and cleaning 2 extra rugs. Quality of work was excellent and I am planning to have him return next month to service my tile floors.

We used Bakers Chem Dry for our carpets as we have for many years. I like that they are a family business. Our carpets are 34yo so it’s amazing they can make them look as good as they do! The technicians did a good job explaining the options and they were willing to move 2 heavy chairs onto the bed. The scheduling could improve since our day/time was changed a few times due to lack of staff but we still stand by Bakers!
