They do a good job of cleaning ... aways on time and thorough

I don't like to leave my key with the cleaning crews, so I care more about being on time and clean with efficiency. This company met and even exceeded my expectation. Two ladies came right on time (actually 5 min early), and they got my house done (I only asked them to clean downstairs, and vacuum the stairs) in less than an hour. Everything was clean, and they even have time to dust off all the mini Lego figures my son has in the living room. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

We have been using the Maid Brigade service for over 10 years. The ladies are polite, professional and thorough. They even sing while doing my house and they are really good!

Reliable with cleaning done to your specs. They leave the bathrooms sparkling, especially the glass shower doors. If at first they don't succeed to your expectations, don't count them out quite yet. Give them the feedback of what you want done and how and they will do it. There were a few areas that weren't done when they first started like my laundry room. Once i told them I needed that room cleaned too they started doing so right then and there and after each next visit. They will have you inspect the cleaning when they are ready to go and won't leave until you're satisfied.

Imelda and Enedina arrived at my Los Altos location right on time. Wonderful and thorough service done in record time. Places I never thought of cleaning (inside of shelves, my kitchen cupboard doors, bathroom walls) all got done without me asking for anything. My place was spotless clean when the two ladies left. I highly recommend Maid Brigade.

I have been a Maid Brigade customer for ten years. They do an excellent job, particularly during these trying times. Office Manager Araceli Prado deserves a special mention for her organization and flexibility. I often travel and she and the crew have been wonderful in accommodating my schedule. Highly recommended! I have been using Maid Brigade for about 7 years now. Araceli calls me every week before Mayte and Enedina come and clean. Araceli gives me a chance to give timely instructions and special requests. Mayte and Enedina work quickly, quietly and respectfully every time.

Inviting anyone into a private home is difficult these days. Throughout the pandemic, everyone at Maid Brigade was tested and masked, which is more than I can say about my family. This is a worry free company that I would highly recommend to any of my Atherton friends and neighbors.

It has been 2 years or so since I started using Maid Brigade, and I have always been completely satisfied with their service. Lately Maria has been cleaning in my apartment and she always gives it 110%. In my experience, all of Maid Brigade's cleaners have done professional work. Additionally, Araceli always calls me 24 hours ahead of time to remind me of the appointment time, and is always flexible if I need a change. If you need a professional cleaning service, I would strongly recommend Maid Brigade.

They did an excellent job cleaning my home before my in-laws visited for a holiday. There were a few friendly staff that made us feel very comfortable in their presence. They got all of the dust spots, nooks, crannies and the windows were cleaned to perfection. Quick appointment, seamless booking, and good communication.. highly recommend!!

We have used BerryClean for years. They are always on time, flexible for rescheduling and do a great job. We've felt comfortable with them throughout the pandemic also.

Gladis did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. She was efficient and thorough. I’m very happy with the work she did and would recommend her to anyone looking to have their home cleaned to perfection!

The cleaning was thorough and the woman did a good job and was friendly, however I noticed two things after the cleaning:

- adhesive or sticky residue is now stuck in my rug from the vacuum
- adhesive or sticky residue on part of my velvet couch

These are not the things one should have to worry about when paying for a cleaning service. I’m not happy and am having a tough time fully getting the residue out of my rug and couch.

Hired them to do a move-out deep clean at my old place. They were punctual and did a very thorough job. Not cheap, but they did exactly what we needed them to do and we got our full deposit back, so I would recommend!
