April 30,2025 - Peninsula construction recently removed my old vanity in my master bedroom and installed a custom built vanity built by Peterson and Arnold to replace it. They painted my new vanity and installed an Arctic White quartz countertop, faucet, sink and pulls. They also removed the old mirror and installed a lit mirror and medicine cabinet. They also painted my bedroom. They did a beautiful job and were very professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Jorge and his skilled workers are the best. They completely remodeled a two bedroom condo for me, and the quality of their work is unequaled. This is my second project with Jorge and I didn't get another estimate because I know his work and I trust him completely. My designer daughter and I were very particular and Jorge was patient and accommodating. He is professional, and his cost is reasonable. It is a joy to work with him.

Peninsula Construction is tops in quality and professionalism. They've completed several jobs for us (from a complete bathroom remodel to small repairs) and every one has been worry-free. Jorge, the owner, is honest, diligent, and has an excellent work ethic. He's at the job site to define the scope/details of the job to the worker's before a job begins, and inspects regularly to ensure that it is done according to code and to his quality standards. And the inevitable job-site course changes and decisions are handled fairly and without drama - i.e. you shouldn't expect a change order for every small deviation from the plan. His workers are courteous and cleanup after every work day and Jorge insists on their respect for your home and belongs. His estimating process is thorough and detailed, so for large projects you can see the completion status of each line item as the job progresses, which allows you to have a payment plan based on actual completion rather than periodic arbitrary payments. Highly recommended!

This has been the third major remodel done by Jorge and his excellent construction team on my condominium. They repainted and did repairs on the entire condo., a renovation of. the kitchen and bathroom counter tops , and recently a complete overhaul of the bathroom.
In all situations their work was truly done in an excellent and timely manner. His workers were on time and respectful of our space. They’re craftsmanship above and beyond, they truly knew their business.
