Woke up this morning to a warm fridge and freezer. I called so many places today and these fellows were the only ones to call me back and I didn't even leave a message.
I am more of a do-it-yourself-er so I told them what was wrong and they knew immediately what I needed and even better they had the part on hand. Super friendly and knowledgeable; I will definitely be calling them when I get into something over my head.

Our hotpoint refrigerator was having an issue keeping the freezer cold and then a day later the main refrigerator started having the same issue. We were worried that we'd need to buy a new one. I called Rob and Dane at Appliance Care and they came over the next morning. Turned out that the issue was a bad fan in the freezer. They fixed it and we were good to go. They were a pleasure to have in my home (good people) and I strongly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their help. You will be glad that you called them!

Robert and Dane are the best. I am so glad I called them. They returned my call within an hour and just happened to be finishing a job a few streets over. They were at my condo within 10 minutes. They diagnosed and repaired my fridge quickly while explaining everything to me. I now know how to maintain my fridge to keep it running. I'm keeping their number for the future.
