Joe was a life saver to us. We were looking for someone to help clean our ceramic tile with a short notice. He came as a referral through our agent that provide rough estimate over the phone. Upon arriving, he noted the area was bigger than what he was quoted. We worked out the details over the phone and he promptly went to work.

The floor tile has not been clean for ~5 years. Joe went through the cleaning in some areas (e.g., kitchen) at least 3+ times to ensure the grease/oil buildup are thoroughly removed. Similar with kitchen counter top tile. Over the years, our white tile has become abit of the paint color swiss coffee. Joe did his magic and the counter top actually looks brand new!

Joe was easy to work with, and came on time, and delivered quality outcome. I would not hesitate to call Joe again when we're looking for floor and counter top help.

Our whole 1900 sq ft home is tile floor. The two showers are also tiled. Joe cleaned the tile floor and re-grouted all the damaged/missing grout and then resealed all grout lines. Same with both showers. Removing and replacing all the perimeter floor grout. He also did extra patching where needed. The workmanship is excellent and I would recommend him for your tile work.

Our kitchen floor looks like new! Great job bringing it back to life. These guys are m professional, friendly and very good. 100% I will use them again, and highly recommend them.

Joseph did a wonderful job getting my floor (porcelain tile) and grout clean. He was professional and courteous and worked continuously without a break for 6 hours. When he realized my epoxy grout did not need to be resealed, he adjusted his bid accordingly. He carefully cleaned an old wool area rug and it looks beautiful now. I am going to recommend Joseph to all my friends!!

Coastline Tile Cleaning / Joe Hernandez himself cleaned a really difficult to clean, porous tile throughout our house as well as two carpeted rooms and an outdoor kitchen with tile counter tops and he made them all look brand new.

Joe is meticulous, highly effective (provides excellent results) , keeps the workspace clean as he works, and a super nice, trustworthy person.

Joe Hernandez is THE GUY for cleaning and restoring tile!!! We have natural stone on a large outdoor bbq counter. we had not resealed it in several years. It had mildewed and lost all of its shine. It was in pretty bad shape! Joe did an excellent job making it look brand new again! He is honest, hard-working and trustworthy! I highly recommend him!

Joe just finished the tile and floor cleaning for the bathroom at my house today. It definitely needed a refresh and it looks like the day I had the bathroom remodeled in 2002.
