This cleaning company pays close attention to the details. The people they employ are very nice and the supervisor who checks in with us does a good job of communicating.

I’ve gotten many compliments from my coworkers since we hired Momentum Janitorial. Compliments range from much cleaner restrooms, to our kitchen being immaculate, we even had one compliment that a coffee stain on the carpet that’s been there for over a year was removed.

We were in a hurry to find a cleaning company for our new San Clemente office and found this company because we used them at my last company in Mission Viejo. They had great reviews here in yelp as well so we gave them a try even though there was a different sales rep who met with us and so far they’ve been doing spectacular and we are extremely satisfied.

As for what’s cleaned it’s pretty much a full cleaning every day. Restrooms, kitchens, trash removal, vacuuming. Pretty much the standard stuff. They are thorough and the employees they’ve provided are so nice and friendly.

I docked a star due to pricing as they were a bit higher than the other quote we got.

After a long and thorough bidding process we decided on contracting Monentum Janitorial to carry on the nightly cleaning duties of our San Clemente and Brea offices.

We liked several things about them and specifically their proposal was very well presented. They were very professional during the walk through. And their pricing was in line with the other bids we got. Slightly higher but we felt comfortable that we were paying a fair wage.

So far they have performed remarkably at our San Clemente office and will be taking on our Brea office in early February once we get that location going. This cleaning company is professional and thorough and so far have shown a willingness to work with us and our request to help make our facility a great place to work.

They brokered to a new technician and he didn’t want to work. He came said he couldn't do the job for what the office quoted. Charges went from $250 to $1000 for a sofa and 4 bedrooms. We did same job last year with Another company and they charged $200. I understand inflation but thIs guy was rude and came by himself claiming the job was too big for him, I called office and they apologized, said they would call another tech. I said great I appreciate it but they never even called me back. Waste of time and preparation. Don’t bother calling them if you don’t want to be let down. Not recommended

I own a rental unit in San Clemente and I was fortunate enough to find these guys early on. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies around and I've got to be honest, these guys really know their stuff and do a very tailored and quality job.

Whats nice is they still have that "small business" feel if you know what I mean. They pay attention to details and their staff is very helpful.

When my tenants change I give San Clemente Carpet a call and they know exactly how to get the rooms back into like new condition - each and every time.

I wouldn't suggest anyone else in the area these guys are hands down the best and their prices are very fair. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

Jerad was on time and did a wonderful job. We will refer him to family and friends. My husband is a real estate agent and will use them when he can get jobs for the company.

I am expecting a new born in a few weeks, and I have a dog who has made many stains in the carpet, and I am pretty sure the grout on the tile had never been professionally cleaned. I used the Shark many times and even tried scrubbing with bleach which made the dirt in the grout change maybe to a lighter shade of brown. After Jerad cleaned the tile and carpet, my wife and I were so impressed with how it came out, white grout, and no pet stains visible anywhere! No chemical residue or smell, everything looked newly installed. I'll have my baby thank you when she is here:) Thanks Pro Clean!

I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Proclean to anyone in need of upholstery cleaning. Jerad came to our home on very short notice and arrived early. He made our sofa, loveseat, and ottoman look like new. He was very professional and very kind and understanding with my wife who was concerned about doing the cleaning when we have very small children in the home.

I will definitely use Proclean again and again as the need arises.

My husband met Jerad several months ago and suggested that we use him for our scheduled carpet cleaning. We have two dogs that love to come upstairs and lounge on the carpet. Jerad was very professional; called to let us know he was on the way; showed up on time; DID NOT change the price after seeing the carpet; cleaned and treated the carpet for stains to our satisfaction. We will use him in the future for our home and would highly recommend him to others.

Our vents look brand new on the inside now. I am really happy with the service from DSP Vent Cleaning and will definitely call them again.
