Coastline Tile Cleaning / Joe Hernandez himself cleaned a really difficult to clean, porous tile throughout our house as well as two carpeted rooms and an outdoor kitchen with tile counter tops and he made them all look brand new.

Joe is meticulous, highly effective (provides excellent results) , keeps the workspace clean as he works, and a super nice, trustworthy person.

I asked Joe to come regularly for maintenance. I'm a huge fan (and I'm very particular).

WOW! Coastline Tile Cleaning was so wonderful to work with from getting the bid to seeing the incredible job they did on my floors. Our entire house is tile and needed a lot of cleaning and they look brand new after this crew came in and worked their magic. They were extremely polite and left the place looking great. I can’t recommend them enough. I wouldn’t use anyone else ever again. If you want 5 star service this your team!!!

They did a WONDERFUL job on my clients tile. I couldn’t even believe the tiles were that dirty before. It’s like a whole new floor! The cleaners were very friendly and professional. I’m definitely using them in future projects.

Joe Hernandez is THE GUY for cleaning and restoring tile!!! We have natural stone on a large outdoor bbq counter. we had not resealed it in several years. It had mildewed and lost all of its shine. It was in pretty bad shape! Joe did an excellent job making it look brand new again! He is honest, hard-working and trustworthy! I highly recommend him!

Our 1989 tiles, I think marble, were in bad shape! Coastline Tile Cleaning cleaned, honed and sealed and I love the updated clean matte appearance! Joe just finished the tile and floor cleaning for the bathroom at my house today. It definitely needed a refresh and it looks like the day I had the bathroom remodeled in 2002. Joe went above and beyond to fix all the areas of need. I am so thrilled with the outcome. He will be the guy I’ll call for future tile and floor cleaning jobs.

I was looking for someone to clean a new (used) we purchased off of marketplace (which was way dirtier than we expected) Joe was recommended in the San Clemente life page. He was quick to respond, was on time and was quick with the job. He did a great job on it as well!

My kitchen tile floor was so filthy despite trying to scrub and wash it and with various tile and grout cleaners. It’s a white, pitted ceramic tile and not only was the surface really dirty but dirt and grease had settled in to the pits. It was so disgusting I thought my only choice was to replace the floor. Then I saw Joe’s advertisement in a mailer but seriously doubted his “before” and “after” pictures but I was so wrong. He came and cleaned a test spot to show us what he could do and a week later Joe and his team cleaned our kitchen and living room floors and I couldn’t be happier. I’m really impressed, it’s like we have new floors. The tiles are white again, the pits all cleaned out and white and the grout is clean again too. The difference in the photos below have nothing to do with lighting or any touch ups. My floors really were brown and are now white again. Joe is very professional and a great guy to work with and I will definitely be hiring him again to clean our floors.

The owner, Joe, deep-cleaned and re-sealed our pebbled shower floor, plus spotted some cracked grout that he repaired for us and took care of some other thing too. Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, good communicator. We’ll call him again!

No regrets hiring Joe and his team to clean our tile and fix a bad seal job by a previous tile company. Our floor has never looked better! He even fixed the grout in our shower that wasn't done properly by another company. Joe is honest and reliable and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work! I would highly recommend him.

Coastline Cleaning was exceptional!! The owner Joe was so experienced , friendly and his goal was to give us the best quality work and he did that and more . Our tile was very dirty and he did both bathrooms & they were both completely transformed !! They both look brand new and so clean ! The sealer went on in the end and made it pop even more ! Joe went out of his way to make sure we were happy and they protected all the walls and floors of the house as they worked . He was so efficient and very skilled . With all that high quality work the price was so reasonable !! And a really nice guy !

Gary Brown's Steam Age Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning just left my home. I'm very pleased with the quality of work he did. He left my carpet and area rug in "like new" condition. He's professional and it's clear that he cares about doing his best work. Previously, I had another company clean the carpets and they were not as thorough, and they charged more.

Gary did an amazing job! He is professional, punctual, reliable, fast, thorough and fair. My property manager has used him on many jobs so while he was at my new apartment cleaning the carpets, I asked him to clean a large white upholstered platform bed and mattress. Not only did he give me a great deal but he took precautions with the white upholstery and offered alternatives to where it may damage the bed. He has integrity in his work and cares about the customer’s items and doing a quality job. He went above and beyond getting his equipment into the unit, as it’s on the third floor and this is a challenge not everyone in his field will take on. I can’t recommend Gary highly enough!

We have light colored area rugs, carpet and white upholstered couches. Gary did an unbelievable job in removing stains and soil. He was prompt, courteous and very careful not to scuff any walls or woodwork with his equipment. An extremely professional job at a very reasonable price.
