Garrett and his folks from Clearwater Plumbing did a good job. They were reliable, punctual, upfront with their pricing, which was competitive, and they got the job done quickly. I even added a last minute project that was not part of the original agreement and they made time on a Friday avenging to complete the job. I would definitely hire this company again!

I’m very disappointed with the leak detection service Garrett provided. I paid $298 via Venmo for leak detection on Friday, November 14 at my rental in Irvine. During the visit, Garrett only documented where water was dripping and provided a video, but he did not locate the source of the leak. He also stated he would not be able to address the issue until Tuesday, November 18. The visit ended without a solution or clear next steps.

The service email stated that after locating the leak source, a Plumber Report would be filled out and an estimate provided for repair. I received neither. I also did not receive an invoice for work completed, and the work area was not left in a clean condition.

Because the leak was continuous, we hired another plumber who was able to quickly identify the true source, a defective wax ring from the upstairs toilet, and fix it.

I emailed Garrett requesting a refund since the essential service I paid for, locating the leak source, was not completed. He never responded and has not refunded the money. What makes this especially frustrating is that Garrett himself said that if a plumber cannot detect the source of a leak, the customer should not have to pay for leak detection. Based on my experience, he did not stand by that statement.

I cannot recommend this service.

Excellent communication and expertise. I had this company out to get a second opinion and found the technicians far more knowledgeable and better able to explain the potential issues we had. It turns out we didn’t need the costly repair recommended by the first company. Their thoughtful explanation and rationale made sense and he’s our minds.

Garett, the owner, was there supervising a newer technician and clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards. When the job became more difficult than expected, he stepped in and showed the technician exactly how to handle it. It was great to see that level of care and professionalism.

Got a number of bids to install a Brio whole house water filtration system. Clear Water presented a completive bid and I liked their solution and approach to the install. It was the right choice. they showed up on time, were professional and kind. Upon arrival we had a quick discussion on the approach to confirm. Austin showed me a photo of similar job to confirm and then got to work. The job was completed as promised for the price promised. They did quality work. What else can you really ask for? They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the process of the system before they left. The Clear Water team did a great job and I would not hesitate to consider them again for my next job or recommend them.

Edit: service so good had them come out the next day to do another quick job. Delivered in the same manner. On time and well done.

The best experience I could have wished for during my repipe. Mike and his crew were very professional (they know what they are doing) nice and go out of their way to explain the process. Lomonaco Coast Plumbing came to our home today regarding a storm drain line I was debating whether to repair or replace. Hector, the service tech, gave me excellent advice which I will mull over and make a decision regarding the issue. I appreciated he was looking after our best interest in the matter.

Mike and his team did an excellent job of rehabilitating our 60-year-old cast iron sewer pipes under the concrete slab of our home. From assessing the extent and severity of the deterioration to installing seventy feet of epoxy pipe liner the project went smoothly. Mike and his team answered all our questions along the way. We had clear communication with Mike and his team throughout the project. Mike’s expertise and diligence was evident by the care he and his team demonstrated when working on our property. Besides the pipe rehabilitation and lining, they did a masterful job of installing a new bidirectional sewer cleanout under our paving stone driveway. We were extremely pleased by the quality of the paving stone reinstallation craftsmanship. We plan to have mike and his team back to rehabilitate and line the remainder of our under-slab cast iron sewer pipes in 2024. Jeff & Janna

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Mike and his team have provided a variety of service with this time lining the sewer lines. Oscar and Orlando provided me with a comprehensive assessment of the lines and scheduled the lining for the next available day. They addressed all of my questions and put me at easy about the new technology. The work was completed, stucco patched while I was out if town and upon my return everything was just like I left it ... but better! They are extremely trustworthy, dependable and constantly in communication with thier customers. So many things have changed post Covid-19, but not this company! Their customer service is still amazing!I would highly recommend Lomonaco plumbing!

Lomonaco plumbing installed a Body Glove under sink water filter that I had previously purchased to my main kitchen water faucet. The two individuals who performed my job were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The fixed price and time estimate were quoted and agreed to once they arrived at my home. The installation was high quality and performed in less than estimated. The only reason for the four star rating is the high cost for this straightforward installation. This was easily a job for one person which would have likely reduced the cost by 50%.

A uniformed gentleman from Semper Gas Company came to my door and told me there was a gas leak, and he was there to find it. He located the leak in our fireplace and elected to shut off our gas. I called Lomonaco and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they had my gas leak repaired, and the gas turned on within hours.

Tim was the one who came for initial consultation and after he patiently answered all my questions, I decided to go with this company. He was so nice and polite and explained the work that was needed in a way anyone could understand.
I had called a different plumbing company prior to calling Lomonaco and they said it would cost $285 just to diagnose the problem in addition to the cost of the service. Ugh, that's a no thank you!
Tim was very nice and profesional and did a great job! The price was fair. They take credit cards and DO NOT add on a 3% surcharge for using credit as some companies will do.
I am completely happy with the work Tim did for me today.
