We're repeat customers. Helped us install a gas line for a new range in 2021 then fixed an old 1970's leaking gas line in 2022 and now a water heater. Polite, professional and clean cut plumbers. Great personal care, willing to discuss all options of repair vs replacement. Responded to initial inquiry quickly and has great communication. They arrived and had our water heater replaced within 2.5 hours of deciding to replace it instead of repair.

Absolutely phenomenal service! We needed help with a stubborn sink on the weekend and Drake was able to help us on the same day. The service was above and beyond all expectations and our sink has been draining like never before ever since. I highly recommend this service.

I’m in the Capo Beach/Dana Point area and I had a several plumbing issues in my condo. No hot water from a shower faucet that was not installed correctly, improperly installed garbage disposal( by my dad and his friend haha), faucet leaking, and sink backed up.
Drake was able to fix all of my issues. He was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and has reasonable pricing. I appreciated that he talked me through the process - everything was transparent and he was very thorough. I will use him for all my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend him.

I called Drake Wills Plumbing in a bit of a panic after the gas company shut off my service due to a leak. It was an emergency situation, and I was bracing myself for a long, stressful ordeal. But Drake — God bless him — showed up the very next morning and completely saved the day.
He helped me troubleshoot a very tricky leak (turned out to be multiple leaks), and somehow got everything repaired and running that same day. I honestly thought I’d be without gas and hot water for days, but he refused to let that happen.
Drake is the kind of genuine, straightforward, no-nonsense guy you just don’t come across much anymore. We hit it off immediately, and I can say with total confidence: I won’t call anyone else for plumbing work as long as he’s around.
