It’s been a crazy year for us , a termite tenting led to a new HVAC system that turned out to be a seamless and easy undertaking. We talked with a few companies and decided to take chance with Triton Air and Plumbing , they were competitively priced and the service was excellent! Andrew and the office crew were Easy to work with through the whole project . The team that arrived on time , completed the full redo in just one day - the crew of Darren , JT and Scotty were prepared, professional and personable ! They left our garage cleaner than they found it and we are extremely satisfied ! Triton Rules !

Drew (Andrew) Clawson technician was AMAZING! He was extremely thorough, very friendly, professional, and an expert technician. He gave us many photos of our HVAC system (performance tools, wiring, fans, condenser, ductwork, air-handler), a comprehensive maintenance report, and did not try to sale us unnecessary work that Goettl tried to scam us last summer for $4,000 on a brand new, two-year old HVAC system!

He answered all our questions with confidence and understanding. He did not leave a mess and was respectful of our home. As a plus, he was very approachable and shared details about himself and his experience which made his presence enjoyable and filled us with confidence.

Triton Air, you have a superb technician and Drew deserves a bonus and pay raise, don't lose him to your competitors!

Steve F. And Jeramie were both excellent with installation of our new Lennox furnace. Very competent, professional and personal with us. I wish they could come back to help with more operational instruction with the new thermostat controls.

We've been working with Triton to help maintain our HVAC and furnace and they have done a super job! Justin came out this morning and did a thorough checkup. He was an expert, great to work with and gave complete maintenance details. I wish my auto could be serviced with this level of expertise!

We had a great experience with Ryan at Triton Air. He recently came out to fix our HVAC and did a fantastic job. He replaced our broken thermostat, installed a new fuse breaker, and took the time to thoroughly clean the really dirty coils. Ryan was friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Our system is running better than ever. I highly recommend Ryan and Triton Air!

We just had our entire HVAC system replaced by Triton Air. All in all, I am quite impressed with their work. The crew (JT, Edgar and Tim) was highly professional, fast, and very pleasant to deal with. The installation was quick and the guys made sure that no mess was left behind after the work was completed. On the top of that, they were patient and kind enough to answer about two dozen of my questions. And I do appreciate that. All things considered, I’m quite glad that we went with Triton Air. Five stars.

4 years in and my electric HVAC system installed by Triton Air has been great!

I was inspired to write this review after a recent maintenance visit by one of Triton Air's technicians, Noah Schutte. I was really impressed with how knowledgable and informative he was. He actually explained to me how my HVAC system worked, what was working well, and how to extend its life through maintenance. He told me about services that Triton offers that could improve my system, but he did it in an organic, informative way that didn't feel sales-y, which I appreciated. By the end of the appointment, I had a much better understanding of my system and what future improvements would help improve my system's lifespan and overall efficiency.

Jason, the tech who performed the service today was a really nice and polite young man. He explained beforehand everything he would be doing. Today was a 2nd year preventative check-up on the Lenox furnace they installed. No problems found. And a very reasonable price for this service. I have used Triton previously and found them to be trained and trustworthy.

I contacted Triton Air when I recently experienced a heating failure of my townhome’s 31 year old HVAC system; the following morning, Joey & Jason came out for a diagnostic evaluation. Joey was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained his evaluation results in terms that I could understand and shared a multitude of attic pictures of my existing furnace, blower, coil, & ducts. I realized that the furnace & blower replacement was evident; since I knew the existing A/C compressor was also having minor issues, I decided to replace the entre HVAC system with new Lennox equipment. I was provided several equipment options to consider which also included complete price quotes for each option. My questions and concerns were all answered to my complete satisfaction. The next day, the installation team consisted of Joaquin, Steve, Aaron, & Leo began to remove the old HVAC equipment and ducts in the attic and then installed new Lennox equipment including the new ducts and registers. The team did a fantastic job in removing old equipment and installing the new equipment. The team was friendly and professional; they showed pride in their work plus their attention to detail was always evident. Association architectural approval was required for the A/C install, a few days later approval was received and the team of Joaquin & Steve installed the A/C in a very diligent & professional manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the team’s work ethics, their knowledge, their workmanship, and their respect for my home. I am extremely satisfied with the installation teams that Triton assigned to my job. I am also appreciative of the great customer service the office staff and installers all exhibited. My overall experience with Triton is “5-Star”, “Top-Shelf”, “First Class”, “Top Notch”. I highly recommend Triton Air to anyone needing HVAC service, you won’t be disappointed.

Drew was our service tech today for a tune up of our heating and air conditioning systems. He showed up on time and did a thorough review of these systems. Josh was very polite and professional from the moment he called to communicate that he was on his way to my house. I have never met any service technician as kind and friendly as he was. He was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him and he was great to work with.

I had this company install a full HVAC system two years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the service or the product. Today I had Noah and Justin come out for a pump fix that was under warranty and they did a fast and effective service for me. I also had Patrick come out for yearly maintenance and he was wonderful with my curious dad who was visiting and asked him a lot of questions. The service team is exceptional, and I give my emphatic recommendation to use this business.

Flavio and his “A” team of Leo, Steve and Justin arrived at 0800 Tuesday 22 July 2025 as planned. This was obviously not their first Rodeo. I was very pleased with their performance and attention to detail. I’m looking forward to many years of service the top of the line Lennox HVAC system will provide. They completed the installation at 4:30 pm and tested it including the new Lennox L 40 thermostat. Everything worked perfectly. Thanks for a job well done.

We recently had our water pressure regulator replaced and had a great experience with Triton Air and Plumbing. Working with Mathew was definitely the highlight of the service. His communication and punctuality were exceptional.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done. Since the diameter of our original regulator was different from the most common size, he needed to return on another day with the correct part. Mathew mentioned that Triton Air and Plumbing usually carries many parts in their trucks, and most jobs can typically be completed during the initial visit.

When Mathew returned, he did a meticulous job installing the new regulator. Before leaving, he also checked the water pressure throughout the entire house to make sure everything was working properly.

I really appreciated how efficient and thorough he was. I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs.
