Customer service sucks. You call them and they are RUDE. Can barely hear them on the phone. I am calling you so you can come fix my dryer, don't be RUDE about it. Would not recommend them if that is how they are. Let me give my money to another company.

He came to diagnose the issues with my dishwasher multiple times (All included in the original fee to fix it) and when I realized it was cheaper to just buy a new dishwasher after Rishat found multiple things broken, he refunded me the money he charged to repair the dishwasher (and even gave me great recommendations on replacements!) Very professional, will be using Rishat again in the future.

Called to ask about microwave oven repair. He asked me some general questions about the oven and told me it wasn't worth repair as new one would be cheaper than repair. I appreciate the honesty.
