Highly recommend Omega Tech service!
They were able to accommodate my schedule and gave me a time frame so, I could make home on time. The technician called 30 minutes in advance. He was able to diagnose the issue with my dryer and gave a reasonable quote. Ordered the part, and came back the next day to replace the heating element. Very happy with the service and will definitely ask Allen tech in the future!

We are so pleased to recommend Omega Tech Service! Our old AC unit was officially worn out and Omega came out to provide us an estimate of services after we requested an appointment from them online. They let us know when to expect their arrival at our home via text and a phone call. They arrived promptly and were very courteous while listening to our needs. After their inspection of our old unit (nearly 20 years old!) --they were able to provide us an estimate of repair. In addition, Omega provided us information about new HVAC products on the market which included the potential for Federal energy credits and the efficiency rating options of several different brands of systems. We opted for a new hybrid HVAC. Our new unit was ordered and arrived just in time for the next heat wave. The installation (and removal of the old unit) was logistically a tough one as everything was in our attic. It took the Omega team less than 7 hours to complete the project. The Omega team ensured the entire workspace was kept clean (they even covered our floors so they didn't track into the house). The Omega technicians were very professional and personable. We will certainly use Omega Tech Service for any new or used appliance repairs or installation in the future. Thank you Omega!
