We had a problem with our garbage disposal. Dimitry showed up in 20 minutes after we called him and determined that the unit needs to be replaced. He ordered it for us and replaced 2 days later. Great service.

I called Romeo from Tech Doc because my wine cooler had stopped cooling. He came to my home and discovered that the Freon was very low. So while he was fixing the problem, he told me exactly what he was doing and was very thorough in explaining every detail to me. Two days later he called me and asked how the wine cooler was working and I told him it was registering 58 degrees which was higher than I usually kept it. He said he would come back to my home to check it the next day, but I noticed that the temperature was 51 degrees the day he was coming back so I texted him that I didn’t think he needed to come back. I am very pleased with this young man’s professionalism and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Romy was great and quickly diagnosed the problem. My icemaker thought max ice meant just keep on making ice even when the tray was full. He ordered the part and it came in within a week. He even included a 90, day warranty on repair which is really nice. I appreciated the way Romy explained and fixed the issue. THANK YOU FOR doing the repair. Will definitely call again when the appliances want attention

Highly recommend. Romeo came to fix my Thermador oven which wasn’t heating up. Turns out it just heated up slow and required no fix. Really appreciated his honesty and integrity and will have him on my speed dial from now on. He also respond very quickly, took time to really investigate the problem and was highly professional. We should support guys like this in our community. Will use again.
