Really nice competent and thorough guy. He fixed my problem. Communication was great. I was connected with this company through my Fidelity home warranty policy. It was a great experience.

Alexander came out on time. He figured out that the evaporator fan wasn’t running and the drain line was partially clogged, which explained why it wasn’t cooling right. Instead of just swapping parts, he cleared the drain, replaced the bad fan motor, and made sure everything was working before he left. He explained things clearly, got it done the same day, and the fridge has been running perfectly since.

I had a great experience with this appliance company. They diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator quickly and fixed it the same day. The technician was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. My fridge is working perfectly now. Highly recommend their service!

I do not recommend this business. The repair man showed up in flip flops. The issue with our stove had already been semi repaired. It only needed the switch connector. Everything was ready to go and he decides to quote us $278 with $75dollar service fee(on top) I had this repaired by someone else after he left and 75.00 later and only paid $100 this is theft . He was unprofessional and condescending. I definitely do not recommend this business. I also asked for his business license and he was not able to provide one.

I don’t know how the rest of the reviewers got “professional” from this appliance repair tech, because my experience was beyond horrible. The technician was clueless to begin with, wasted 2 months ordering the wrong parts and not being able to diagnose my appliance’s problem. Then lied to us, lied to the home warranty company, and ghosted us! This is not professional. Being unable to repair an appliance is one thing, but being dishonest and unprofessional is a whole other level. He delayed communication with home warranty by 2 weeks every time he showed up. He communicated one thing with us and something else with the HW company. He is after HW company’s money and doesn’t care how miserable he makes your life by delaying your repair.
Just remember, if he doesn’t know how to repair your appliances, he will waste months and not admit it. I can’t emphasize enough on how dishonest and unprofessional he is.
I have already filed a complaint against him with the home warranty company and I’ll make sure to let my network of neighbors, friends, and community know to stay away from this company.

Went through home warranty. He ended up breaking our washing machine. Had to buy a new one on our own. DO NOT USE

Unprofessional and unreliable. I had an appointment between 12 and 2 p.m. The repairman said he couldn’t find parking and asked to use my building’s lot, which isn’t allowed. I offered to meet him outside and show him street parking, but he never showed up. After 30 minutes of no response, he finally answered the phone just to say, “I closed your case,” and hung up. Totally unprofessional.

Do NOT go with them. It took them 5 visits to try and repair our refrigerator and each time they had to “order a part.” They are unprofessional, always arrived late (3/5 times they arrived while we were having dinner), used YouTube to watch videos on how to do the repairs while they were here, and overall are not helpful whatsoever. Unfortunately our property manager contacted them to fix our dryer as well and that was another nightmare. Our dryer has been broken and I am 8.5 pregnant so we asked if they could expedite the part they claim to be missing and it has taken 3 WEEKS to come in and I don’t know if the dryer will be fixed before I go into delivery. They have caused so much additional stress and have wasted so much of our time. You’re better off using YouTube and fixing the issue yourself.

I was referred to this company through my insurance provider for a dishwasher that was not functioning properly.
The first technician left water all over my kitchen floor, showing no regard for my hardwood floors and making no effort to clean up the mess. He then rushed out due to what he described as a family emergency, leaving the issue unresolved.
After speaking with my insurance, they sent out a second technician. The second technician was at my home (after arriving late) for 20 minutes and later reported to the insurance all mechanisms were working properly. However, he never stayed to run full cycle or properly observe the issue. When I explained that the water was not reaching the detergent door and was instead pooling at the bottom of the machine, he dismissed my concern and suggested I was loading the dishwasher incorrectly. He also never saw that my dishes were not being dried properly.
The lack of thoroughness, professionalism, and accountability was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I strongly encourage others to advocate for themselves and seek a more reputable service provider.
