Team Swede came on out to my home on-time (Even a little early!), explained what the process was, laid out dropcloths, put on shoe coverings and did their thing. They were quick, thorough and took pictures of the issues with my chimney.
This made it easy to get an explanation of what repairs were needed (And by someone else, not them. They're not chimney masons, which was cool because I knew they weren't trying to invent work for the sake of work!)
Highly recommend them, and definitely schedule your cleaning ASAP because they were booked a whole month in advance during winter!! :)

I called for some help after getting a home inspection report. Terri was so helpful on the phone. She clarified a few things in my report and referred me to a specialist for my specific need. I'm not sure you could find anyone who is more knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this company.
