I recently contracted with Eco Home Builders to do a small remodel. I wanted the wet bar I have removed and new upper cabinets and lower storage area to accommodate a washer and dryer to be put in its place.

I met with Ben Mash to explain my project and he was very helpful in determining what needed to be done. He was easy to work with and was attentive.

The results are spectacular! The cabinets and workmanship are of the highest quality. The craftsmen were meticulous and tidy and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Eco Home Builders for any home project you may have in may have in mind.

We had our 1970’s half bath completely remodeled by Eco. We designed it around a stone sink we found on vacation 20 years ago.😎. There were a few bumps along the way but the service was always top of the line. And the company made sure they delivered what they promised. We are happy with the new bath and happy we chose Eco.

The ECO Home Builders team did a great job, we love our new bathroom. Dor Morali, the project manager laid out the plan from start to finish and was always there for any questions we may have during the renovation. Hila Eli, our project designer, took us to several stores to choose the materials from. She made great recommendations and was always ready to listen to our ideas. She made 3D photos and a video so we already knew how the bathroom will look like when it's completed. The foreman Omar Garcia has more than enough knowledge of what he was doing, "he knows everything" when it comes to home renovation. He was always there to ensure that the work area is safe and clean. His team, Cesar, Juan Carlos and Manuel showed attention to detail and are very careful and precise. I just had a complete kitchen remodel finished, and am very happy with the results. My PM Dor Morali understood the modern look I was going for, and found materials and styles that matched perfectly. The difference between the old and new kitchen is just amazing.

We have a large hillside and wanted a tiered retaining wall constructed to keep the hillside from coming down into our backyard. Eco Home Builders came and gave me an estimate that was fair. We were so pleased with the work they were doing on the retaining wall that we had them do some additional work (putting pavers, turf and new fence). Their crews are professional and kept us informed throughout the project. David, the project manager, was hands on and communicated with us frequently during the project. We hired Eco Home Builders in May 2024 to complete a full master bathroom remodel to both update it’s 1970’s original décor and make the bathroom safer/ADA friendly for my elderly father.

There are many reasons that we selected Eco Home Builders and would recommend them to anyone needing a general contractor.

1) Ron Neve, Project Director: Ron was one of the leading reasons that we selected Eco Home Builders for our remodeling project. He came out to meet with us to discuss the project, the company, the costs, etc. I am a very detail oriented person and a demanding client – I ask a LOT of questions; I want to know how things are going to work; I want to see proof of contractor’s license/bonds/liability insurance/worker’s compensation; I want a detailed schedule/timeline; I review contracts in detail and request changes; I set parameters that need to be followed regarding people in my home due to my elderly father, etc. I laid out all of these qualities and more, exposed my scariest self and asked Ron directly if he felt he could work with me and meet my demands. He did not blink and answered that he could, would and would welcome it. I was sold! Throughout the project Ron kept in close communication with us via e-mail, texts, calls and MANY visits/check ins at our home. When problems arose or there was any confusion about steps forward, Ron was on it so that it was addressed and resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Ron was involved in every single step of the project from the initial meeting, design concept, material selection, construction, inspections and project completion. Ron is intimately familiar with the construction process and has hands on experience in construction, so truly understands the entire process from conception to completion, as well as everything in between. But, equally important, Ron is just a really good and genuine person. When my father was hospitalized shortly after we signed the contract and before we started the design phase, Ron checked in daily to inquire about him. At no point did he talk about the project and when I brought up a possible delay, he told me not to worry about it, but to just focus on my father. Ron truly is an exceptional Project Director and person, not to mention trustworthy and delivers on his promises.

2) Remodeling Under One Roof: We really wanted a general contractor who would assist us manage the process from conception to completion. The fact that Eco Home Builders assists with the design process, blueprints/renderings, materials/fixtures selection, construction, inspections, and the like was a key deciding factor for us. We are not people who are highly skilled in interior design and have trouble picturing how everything will look upon completion, so having assistance with the design, material selection and photo renderings was very important to us and Eco delivered beautifully.

3) Construction Crew: Our construction crew, headed by Nacho, were extremely polite, friendly and competent. They arrived on time each morning, performed their specialized work with precision, and kept us informed of progress throughout the project. Nacho was instrumental at addressing and resolving any small snafus that occurred through the project and put up with my daily questions, constant checks ins, and requests. The resulting bathroom, now a year old, still looks as good as the day it was completed almost a year ago and everything continues to work as installed.

4) Cost: We found Eco Home Builders cost competitive with other general contractors. They were not the highest or lowest bid that we received, but in the middle. We felt we got a good value for the price that we paid for the project based on the support and assistance that we received.

We want to thank Eco Home Builders, Ron, Nacho and their crew for a beautiful and functional master bathroom remodel that has met my father’s needs, increased the value of our home, and updated a grossly outdated bathroom with something more modern, aesthetically pleasing and code compliant.

Eco Home Builders is a company that I will have no problem in using again. The quality of work is excellent. Every employee that entered our home was polite, friendly, and very good at what they do. Planning the work with Dor Morali was easy and comprehensive. He made sure everything went according to plan. The team even installed a cooktop and range hood that I had purchased elsewhere. Again, a job well done.

We had Eco Home Builders replace our wood deck with Trex. The deck turned out great. It was a good experience, the crew was great. They arrived on time everyday and cleaned up everyday before they left.

I contacted Eco builders for a project for my downstairs bedroom. I met with Idan and he gave us a free quote and recommendation of what will work best. I wanted a door installed in my living area that leads to the downstairs bedroom to add privacy. I also wanted the carpet removed and vinyl flooring put in its place and add recessed lighting to the room. Idan send Bobby and his crew Jorge and Saul. Idan, Bobby and his crew were very professional and pleasant and took care with moving things like furniture. They were efficient and finished my request in a short time. The job itself is AMAZING!!! Which I would expect and they delivered. I am beyond happy with Eco builders and will keep in them in mind for any future projects. I’ll post photos of some before and after.

We have a vacation home in La Jolla that needed a lot of updating. We ultimately decided to remodel the entire house and to add additional sf to the rear and front side of the house, also adding some deck area. The new design ended up changing the entire roofline. We remodeled two bathrooms, replaced all of the flooring, remodeled the kitchen and some other cosmetic things both inside and outside. We had a very difficult time to find a contractor, but when we met with Refael from Eco Home Builders we felt confident with his information and services he offered. Throughout the process, he stood behind his words and promises, the price didn’t change, the work is better than expected and the workers were clean and respectful.
Eco handled the design and permits and we are very happy and highly recommend this company for any remodel needs you might have! 10/10

We're satisfied with the final work and happy with my new bathroom. The 3D design helps a lot before starting the work. The group cares what I care from pricing and quality. Idan and designer responded to our emails and messages quickly. The job completed longer than we expected; however, everything worth it.

Eco Home Builders handled our flooring, drywall, and exterior finishes. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire home feels brand new and stylish.

Working with ECO Home builders project Manager Idan Mesh was amazing experience. He was always on top of the my construction needs and oversees each stage of remodeling. There some minor hick ups and concerns and was quickly resolve to meet my overall satisfaction. The ECO Designer Hila taste of materials met my own personal design concept. It pass City inspection without any issues with flying colors. Please see the pictures. I highly recommend this company to others. I am planning to hired ECO for my next building project.
