I have spent the last four nights sleeping in my brand new ADU. We are very happy with CRS. The quality of their work is apparent every step of the way. The communication was excellent and we always knew at what stage we were at and what was coming next. Their subs were very polite very neat and they work was excellent. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend CRS highly to anyone considering a construction project.

I was driving on the highway in the hov lane. Someone driving this companies box truck only had one person in the truck and tried to cut me off and pull into the hov lane. He continued honking his horn and driving aggresive. It was also raining.

Extremely pushy and quoted me $43,000 when I said I could only do $6,000. The. Tried to fear monger me into taking out a loan. This is after they missed the previous 2 appointments, took 3 hours to give me a qoute, after I was very clear of what my j intentions were.

Great construction company. They are competitively priced and very willing to do what it takes to please customers. I will definitely consider them for future projects.

We've been working on projects with Scott/TCE for close to 20 years. IMO, they are extremely detail oriented, they listen to what their clients want and do things the right way without cutting corners. We would be more than happy to refer them on any of our projects and we don't refer lightly.
