We were referred to O'connor Construction to have our roof fixed. Our Art studio cottage had water leak and had our roof redone/repaired by Brandon. It was one of my best experiences when dealing with contractors and other construction personnel/companies from start to finish. Brandon arrived promptly at the scheduled time to review the site and potential project to determine a project cost proposal. He engaged in conversation asking questions while looking at the our structor and inside/outside of cottage and also when on the roof. When we received our proposal and breakdown of cost, we count believe our eyes! (in a good way). I say we couldn't believe our eyes because he had the best bid compared to 2 others where one of the bids were 3 times more than what Brandon had proposed and all for the same work.

We immediately accepted and had the work done and couldn't be happier. We are completely satisfied. At the end of the project he made certain that all debris were removed from the interior and exterior including what went over to our next door neighbor. The quality of the workmanship is great and could be happier. **BEST PRICE, HIGH QUALITY WORK**. We are planning on re-doing our roof to our main house and will definitely use O'connor Construction

I offer my highest 5 star recommendation to Frank, Noe, and his team at Complete Builders. If you are looking for a hands on owner and team that delivers exceptional quality results, on time, and on budget, Bar none, they are the best in the business for all the reasons I site in this review. I couldn't accomplish my development and renovation goals over the last few years without them. The breadth of their knowledge and experience ranges from ground up new construction to every sub-category of construction on the spectrum for the simplest of renovation to the most daunting. Interior and Exterior, they have done it all for me to the highest quality.

I have been in the investment property business for 20+ years and have worked with a myriad of GC's and sub-contractors. Many have been very painful to work with lack luster results. I am a big believer in doing business with people who do what the say they will do, show up when they say they will, have pride in their results, and attention to detail, warranty their work, offer complete transparency in pricing, contracts, and business dealings, complete projects on time, and have excellent communication throughout the entire process. In construction, to find a leader and team that hits on all cylinders is usually a pipe-dream. Look no further.

This is the third time I've used Complete Builders and I would recommend them 100%. This time we did a bedroom and two bathroom remodel. Took everything down to the studs and built it up for scratch. Frank's estimates and work orders are complete and detailed. The crew shows up on time and does a full day of work before cleaning up every day! Noe is the master lead and kept me informed of any nuances that arose during the build-out. Luis is a master plumber (among other talents) and cleaned up some old plumbing mistakes on this older house. And there is nothing that Edgar can't do! Give him a challenge of fitting a new cabinet in a small space or other wood working issues and he will excel. And you can't forget Jimmy whose tile work is impeccable! The glue behind all this is Margaret - the voice of the company. She kept me informed almost on a daily basis of where the project stood and what materials I need to procure for successive steps. Couldn't be a better, more well-coordinated crew. Love these guys.

Called and was asking clarifying questions about the process and the woman on the phone got frustrated and hung up on me. Tried calling back and she wouldn't pick up. Left a message and no response. I don't understand why it's necessary to be so rude when I'm just trying to understand the process. This is the first time I'm doing a major project like this and it would make more sense to walk me through your process instead of rudely hanging up on me.

I procured 2 bids for a repair project at my home in San Diego. Frank took the initiative to research a cost-effective and proven solution and provided me with a bid that was a fraction of the cost of the other company’s bid. Frank’s honesty and integrity was on full display with respect to my experience here.

I can't recommend this company too highly. They were recommended
by a neighbor who thought they did very good work. We had dry rot in two
structural timbers in different spots. Frank Megura told us how he could
support the house while replacing the wood and gave us a quote that was
much less than I feared. His workmen were inventive professionals and
finished the job in one day, including a primer and two coats of house
paint. The cleanup was thorough and complete. We will certainly use
them again when other problems arise.

We just completed a contract with Complete Builders (CBI) for a kitchen remodel and floor replacement throughout the house. From preliminary planning and refining the scope of work, Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. Once work began the crew were very courteous and hard working. They began knocking out the assigned tasks at a good pace. As with any project unexpected problems arose but the CBI team took them in stride and came up with solutions and solved the issues. CBI was very fair and helped keep costs down. They are honest professionals that get the job done. We absolutely love the final renovations and would not hesitate to work with CBI again.

Straightforward, professional, easy to work with. Even though Frank knew my project was no rush, his team made faster progress than other crews who have assured me I'm their first priority. Particularly fabulous about Frank is his detailed estimates: he specs actual fixtures in detail, so you can google them and know exactly what you're getting.

Frank and his team run a tight ship with excellent customer service and a flawless work product. From Margaret in the office, to Noe on site, and all of the employees in between, they showed nothing but professionalism, courtesy, knowledge about exactly what needed to be fixed and how, and constant communication. I never felt like I was hanging, which is incredibly important when it comes to work being done at your home (+ with a tight timeline involved). Frank was very accommodating and gave his honest opinion about the repairs. Furthermore, I was impressed with how clean his team worked, how they ensure different areas of the house (both inside and out) were protected. It was also nice that they cleaned up at the end of every day - which reduces the eye sore involved with home repairs. I HIGHLY recommend CBI and will continue to use them, as needed.

Frank and his team recently handled the prep work for our new outdoor deck. Both Frank and Margaret were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, trustworthy, and incredibly reliable. Even though we were out of town, Frank kept us updated every single day with photos and clear explanations, giving us great peace of mind.
