Shawn is responsive and likes to have communication throughout the project. When I called him he was available with a quick turnaround time. He retextured my house, installed a new plug outside, painted interior doors, put in an island and did tile work. His crew can remodel an entire house. They do pay attention to detail. Shawn and Fred custom made my exterior all wood, decorative window shutters. I had been trying for a couple years to find someone capable and able to do this job for me. I had about given up when I chatted with them while they were doing work at my neighbor’s home. They were friendly, professional and completed the job exactly as promised and on time!!! I’m so pleased with the results, and will call on them for other repairs or home projects.

Found Arrow Remodeling online while searching for a home remodeling contractor in San Diego. We researched their reviews, viewed there website, and called to schedule an appointment. We called and talked with Shawn who took the time to listen to our needs, asked a lot of questions about our home and he scheduled an appointment. Shawn came out and was very friendly. He was also very good at listening and helped us with our design too. We ended up hiring Arrow Remodeling to remove an interior wall by kitchen and dining room, put new flooring throughout the home, new cabinets, new fireplace, and all new interior painting. They completely surprised me with how quickly and clean their team was. I would highly refer them. We were able to move into our home on time!

I had a great experience working with Shawn and Arrow Remodeling. They also do a fantastic job with landscaping without charging you an arm and a leg, which is a breath of fresh air considering what other companies quoted me. I had this old large fountain in my backyard that I wanted to get rid of and put a nice flower garden in its place. Shawn and his team did an excellent job with every detail, from the the demo to the pipes and the choice of flowers/plants, and now our space looks so nice and inviting. I strongly recommend them and I will definitely be working with them again in the near future!!

Shawn is simply awesome. He worked diligently on shower not getting hot water issue at my house. Figured out what’s wrong, got the right part from Home Depot and finished everything in few hours and also fixed some minor issues without any extra charge. His work ethic impressed me. I will absolutely hire him again.

Outstanding quality work at a very reasonable price

I had an excellent experience with this team and would highly recommend them for both electrical and plumbing work. They handled a fairly broad scope of work in my home, including installing multiple recessed lights, fixing existing/broken light fixtures, adding GFCI outlets and other safety-related upgrades, installing recessed TV outlets, and replacing old plumbing valves.

From start to finish, they were timely, prompt, and professional. Communication was clear and straightforward — expectations were explained upfront, pricing was transparent, and there were no surprises at the end. They showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the work efficiently without cutting corners.

What really stood out was the quality of workmanship. Everything was done cleanly and correctly, with attention to safety, code compliance, and long-term reliability. They also took the time to explain what they were doing, answer questions patiently, and make thoughtful recommendations instead of upselling unnecessary work.

The pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the range of services provided. It’s rare to find contractors who balance cost, craftsmanship, and professionalism this well.

I wanted to update my back and front yard of my rental property and the group of sunny builders were fast, efficient and professional.
I wasn’t present at the time of the job and when I came to inspect it I was happy with the results and surprised the job took them few days only.
Definitely will hire them again for my next projects.
